I started organizing Hebrew classes directly with Israeli language instructors because I realized that learning Hebrew would make me feel more connected to Israel and Jewish community These are community-organized, designed to lower the barrier to entry, and built as low-commitment classes so you can actually stick with it. Classes are highly conversational and taught by native Israeli speakers, so you’re learning how people actually speak. This is our 6th session of classes since launching last summer, with multiple levels running and a growing group of returning students. The Hollywood Sculpture Garden is really a neat place . . . AND WE GET TO VISIT AND HAVE A DAYTIME COFFEE SOCIAL THERE!!! It's located on private property and not normally open to the public. So it is indeed a special thing for us to go.
