Mix up your week the best way possible with a Wednesday night climb. A member of the team will be on hand to give tips, work routes and provide some laughs. This session is mainly aimed for beginner's, whether you have never climbed before or you want to pick up where you left off couple years ago, rest assured whatever your level or ability, one of our trained instructors will be at hand to help. The aim of the session is to climb with like minded folk, learn the best way to climb possible, and hopefully get a little stronger. For those that RSVP we have arranged £16.50 entry (this includes shoe rental) to City Bouldering on Wednesday evening if you come along with us as a meetup group! You must RSVP by 6.30pm on the day of the event to get this discount. As we have to provide a list of names. You can always join on the door too. If you don't have shoes you can rent them there on the day also.

Social Fitness is a small-group functional fitness throwdown designed for people who train hard and enjoy doing it with others. For the third Social Fitness event, this month we will be teaming up with **Bad Boy Pizza Society** to bring you some **epic large New York style pizzas** to refuel post workout. Your **entry cost for the event is £30**, which includes pizza at BBPS! Expect a **functional fitness–style workout**, completed in teams, with enough structure to challenge you and enough atmosphere to keep it fun. You’ll work hard, train alongside like-minded people, and then stick around afterwards for **food, conversation, and a proper social**. Barre workout, Pilates, Stretching & Body Conditioning - a perfect combination to create the best body, posture & confidence! A unique combination of ballet exercises, Pilates, stretching and motivational techniques. It’s a high energy class targeted at developing a great posture, sculpting a dancer like waistline, bottom and shaping slim legs. The exercise program is based on building deep, lean and flexible muscle strength, helping to overcome any joint pains, including knee, shoulder or back, as well as creating a great physique. For those that already have some knowledge of ballet, or dance and classes which require coordination. To teach at out event we are inviting a former international ballet pro to show the elements of Ballet, Pilates, Stretching, to develop a core strength, flexibility and a great posture, as well as mentally linking muscle memory, so the gains on posture are immediate and easily remembered. You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles worked & conditioned. **Smash 2026 hiking the North Downs Way. This is section 7: Cuxton to Detling.** Join us for a day hike along the **North Downs Way**, tracing ancient routes through Surrey to the Kent Coast. Discover castles, cathedrals, palaces, and beautiful countryside along the way. After the walk we’ll unwind at a local watering hole for a well-deserved drink! This hike is part of a **series of 12 day hikes**, covering the full North Downs Way from start to finish between January – June. Those completing the entire trail will receive an **official finishers certificate**. We'll catch the 08:18 train to Cuxton changing at Strood (Kent). We are a real world Martial arts group. \ Called DO JUNG ISHU (the art of fighting) \ Based off of Jeet kune do we just continued where Bruce Lee left off. \ We have been around a while. \ We are donation based. We are a real world Martial arts group. \ Called DO JUNG ISHU (the art of fighting) \ Based off of Jeet kune do we just continued where Bruce Lee left off. \ We have been around a while. \ We are donation based. Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing! Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor. Be sure to come for the beginner's lesson from 7:30 - 8:00, followed by dancing 8:00 - 10:30. All dances are taught; we will help you learn! Beginners always welcome, no need to bring a partner.
