In the Poetic Toolbox we sometimes call these patterns creative monsters — the voices, doubts, and protective mechanisms that show up when we try to make something meaningful. During the evening we’ll explore these ideas through a mix of conversation, reflection, and a gentle embodiment practice designed to reconnect with the body and creativity from a calmer place. You don’t need to have attended previous sessions to join. Curiosity about your own creative process is enough. Toward the end of the evening we’ll move into a light breathwork and visualization practice, followed by a quiet moment of creative integration and sharing. This late-evening class is a deeply restorative experience designed to help participants transition from the stimulation of the day into profound rest. The session blends gentle grounding practices, guided yoga Nidra or visualization journeys, and immersive sound healing using Tibetan bowls, voice, and subtle resonance. The intention is to calm the nervous system, release mental tension, and support better sleep and emotional integration. This class is held in English. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible. The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building.

In einer Breathwork Session geht es vor allem darum, dass Du loslassen, Dich entspannen und mit Dir selbst und Deinem Unterbewusstsein verbinden kannst. **Meditation – One Hour of Presence (All levels) by STUDIO B (https://www.studio-bewusstseinserfahrungen.de/)** This one-hour meditation session is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. We begin with a short and gentle breathwork exercise to regulate the body, calm the nervous system, and bring attention inward. This prepares the transition into meditation. This is followed by a 15–20 minute introduction to the meditation practice. During this phase, I explain the core principles of meditation and assign each participant a personal meditation task, tailored to their individual level of experience. The intention of this part is to create clarity, inner orientation, and a sense of safety for the silent practice. We then enter a first phase of silent meditation. After approximately 15–20 minutes, the silence is intentionally interrupted by a short walking meditation. This is not a break, but a conscious transition that integrates the body, releases restlessness, and deepens presence. Afterwards, we return to silent meditation. Each participant practices independently with their personal instruction, within a calm and supportive space. This session invites you to cultivate presence, quiet the mind, and either deepen an existing meditation practice or begin one in a grounded and accessible way. **Open to all levels.
