This group is dedicated to **Conscious Connected Breathwork**, a powerful somatic practice for deep emotional release (nervous system release). Intense states of awareness are possible.
Through **conscious, connected breathing**, rhythmic music, and guided facilitation, participants are invited to access deeper layers of awareness, release stored stress and emotions, and reconnect with their inner resources.
There are **no substances involved**. The work is grounded, body-based, and trauma-aware.
Price is only for the room.

This session combines gentle breathwork with a guided feminine embodiment practice in a safe and respectful space for women.
We will explore slow, conscious breathing and simple, self-guided touch over clothing in the heart, chest and lower belly area. The focus is body awareness, presence and reconnection with yourself.
There is no partner work. Each woman remains in her own space throughout the session. All touch is self-guided and completely optional.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and move freely.
This is a beginner-friendly practice. No prior experience with breathwork or embodiment work is required.

This Sunday, we gather for an Ecstatic Dance at Pyramid Floor — an evening to step out of the usual rhythm and into presence, movement, and connection.
Aesthetic Dance is a space to explore movement in your own way. There’s no choreography, no pressure, no need to perform. You’re invited to listen to your body, follow your impulses, and move as it feels natural to you — whether that’s dancing, stretching, resting, or simply being.
We begin the evening gently with a cacao moment and a short singing circle to arrive together and connect with the space. From there, we open into a guided music journey.
The DJ set will move through different textures — from soft and spacious, into playful and energetic, and back into stillness. You can stay in your own world or connect with others, always with awareness and respect.

Hello, dear friends,
My name is Alicja and I'll be taking over as the host of Mindful Mingle.
I’m really glad to step into this role and continue what Behnam has built over the years − a community of empaths of all walks of life and ages coming together to connect and share their experiences. It feels both exciting and a little challenging but on the other side of fear is freedom and I'm willing to take that leap.
In the past, I held space for women's circles for two years before I moved to Berlin so it’s meaningful for me to return to something I care deeply about − this time in a mixed group, which I’ve been wanting to explore for a while.

Entdecke die Kraft der Worte – in Gemeinschaft. In dieser offenen Gruppe lesen wir gemeinsam kurze literarische Texte – Gedichte, Mikrotexte oder Auszüge aus längeren Werken – und lassen uns von ihnen zum Schreiben einladen.
Nach dem gemeinsamen Lesen nehmen wir uns Zeit zum Nachdenken und Austausch. Anschließend schreiben wir 20–30 Minuten Seite an Seite – inspiriert von einzelnen Worten, Sätzen oder dem, was uns gerade bewegt.
Im Mittelpunkt stehen nicht handwerkliche Aspekte, sondern das persönliche Erleben, das Gefühl von Verbundenheit und die Funken, die Worte in uns entzünden können – besonders für Menschen, die belastende Erfahrungen gemacht haben, und alle, die auf der Suche nach neuen Perspektiven sind.
Wer möchte, kann am Ende den Text teilen, der während der Sitzung entstanden ist – genauso willkommen ist es, einfach nur zuzuhören. Das Teilen ist immer freiwillig.
