A \~2 hours watercolor - gouache painting lesson. **About this course** The total watercolor, gouache course consists of around 30 lessons that last 2 hours each. You can join at any time during the course. At the start of the event you choose which material you will use. The lessons will happen almost every Tuesday at 19:00-21:00 in Berlin. This course is aimed at introducing the painting process with watercolor, gouache as the main medium. These lessons cover the various techniques and methodologies. It is suitable for beginners and or even professionals who want to rationalize the painting process. It is being hosted by the visual artist [Miltos Despoudis](https://miltosdespoudis.gr/). **How much does it cost?** Check below: * 1 Tryout Lesson costs **10€.** You can do that only once. * 1 x Lesson (2 hours) costs **15€**. * 6 Lessons Packet (2 hours each) cost **60€.** Prepaid lesson tickets are valid for 6 months You can pay either by cash or card at the event. **How do I subscribe?** You need to reserve a spot here and come at the event. We'll start off the session with a run in Gleisdreieck park that might include scaling some walls, visiting a few sites in the area to explore their opportunities for climbing and balancing, or going up or down stairs in unusual ways. After the outdoors bit, we come back to our gym where we focus on building strength, working as a group, and learning basic martial arts techniques. We are a small, accessible, mixed-gender, queer-friendly group open to anyone, without any prior knowledge or specific degree of fitness required. Our martial art is Jutaijutsu, a traditional Japanese one focused on self-defence. Sounds interesting? We'd love for you to drop by and join us. You'll need running shoes and comfortable workout clothes, including a raincoat or the like for the park if the weather is bad. Once indoors, we train barefoot. The first three Meetups are free of charge. If you'd like to join our group beyond that, we would ask you to join our association, https://yanagi.berlin, a martial arts school based in Berlin. Membership there is 30 EUR/month and you will be able to train three times a week.

Join me for my **Beginner Calisthenics Class** every Wednesday at 7pm at a park (check the location below) and learn how to build strength, flexibility and confidence using just your bodyweight. My name is Maroof 👋 and I’ve been practicing calisthenics for the last 6 years. I love this sport because I’m fascinated by the incredible movements the human body can achieve and I believe calisthenics connects people, builds communities and is one of the most sociable forms of fitness out there. In this class, we’ll cover the fundamentals like push-ups, squats and core exercises and also dive into the basics of more advanced movements such as the planche, front lever, back lever and freestyle calisthenics, all in a fun, supportive environment where you can progress at your own pace. We also play a quick team game at the end when there are a lot of participants. Winners get a small prize 😁 No experience needed, just bring comfortable clothes, some water and a positive attitude. **Price:** Free.
