We meet at Northwest corner of SiegessƤule ( previous Cafe Viktoria. )We will run around the Tiergarten for 7kms.
After the first round with the "Tiergarten Running Group", and if you still like us š and feel like it, you can join in for a second loop of 6km. The second loop is optional.
Running paces around 5:50 or 6:20 depends on the participants.
We will start to run exact 9:00 am. Don't be late. If you are late, please follow the route in the picture.

We are an international group (speaking English, German and Korean), enthusiastic and ambitious learning the art of traditional Taekwon-Do, meaning full perfection and power but no contact.
Our grandmaster Kang, Shin-Gyu is a student of famous grandmaster Kwon, Jae-Hwa, so that we can learn from the originals.
Sounds sophisticated? It is - and also a lot of fun!
Most of us are between 20 an 30 years old, half of them male and half female. But we welcome anybody any age! As a beginner you need nothing more than some comfortable sportswear.

Wo kannst du besser Sauerstoff aufnehmen als an frischer Luft? Auf dem Tempelhofer Feld lachen wir seit 2010 bei jedem Wetter, auĆer bei einer Unwetterwarnung.
Lachyoga kennt keine Altersgrenze, im Gegenteil, es hƤlt jung und verbindet "jung und alt" super miteinander!!!

Chitta Walks - Awareness in Motion
Chitta Walks is for people whose days move fast, while the mind never fully lands. Thoughts keep looping even when nothing is urgent. The body moves, but attention is elsewhere. Over time, this disconnect drains clarity and ease.
This walk is a simple reset.
We meet in Berlinās Tiergarten and walk at a gentle pace. Parts of the walk are in silence, with light guidance and a few short prompts. The walk itself is the practice, bringing body and mind back into the same moment.
No apps. No performance. Just a clear space to slow down and notice what is happening.
If you want to slow down without withdrawing from life, join a Chitta Walk.

My name is Partha Sarathi, you can call me PS. I have lived in Berlin for over 12 years. With a background in physics and materials science, my interest in mindfulness grew through personal experience with stress and health challenges. I facilitate the space and structure of the walk, inviting shared exploration rather than instruction.
š¤ **Why Chitta Walks?**
Chitta is a Sanskrit word referring to the mind or field of awareness, used here in a practical, non-religious sense.
Chitta Walks is about noticing how the mind works by slowing down and walking together. Mindful walking makes thought patterns visible in real time, while moving and sensing in the world.
The name points to a simple capacity: noticing what is happening in the mind without immediately trying to fix, judge, or optimize it.

* **Lachmeditation** ā Den Abschluss bildet eine Lachmeditation, die Tanz, freies Lachen und tiefe Entspannung miteinander verbindet. Ein Erlebnis, das man schwer in Worte fassen kann.
Zwischen den Blöcken verbinden Lachübungen und spielerische Elemente alles miteinander. Der Theorieteil ist bewusst kurz gehalten. Aktion und aktive Entspannung wechseln einander ab.

Der Workshop findet in einem hellen, ruhigen Raum mit Dachterrasse in der Praxis Kƶpi statt ā exklusiv für dieses Event angemietet. Keine Fremden, keine Ablenkung. Die Gruppe ist auf 15 Personen begrenzt ā klein genug, damit du wirklich ankommst.

Max Doerfer befasst sich seit 18 Jahren mit Lachyoga und ist zertifizierter Lachyoga-Lehrer (Level 2 CLYTT). Er leitet den wƶchentlichen Lachclub im Kreativhaus Berlin Mitte und spielt seit 2016 Improvisationstheater ā das macht seine Workshops lebendiger und interaktiver. **Fluentbodyā¢** is a somatic movement practice that invites you to reconnect with your body and the present moment. Guided by breath, music, and awareness, youāre encouraged to move intuitivelyāled by sensation rather than thought. Itās not about how it looks, but how it feels.

Sunday mornings are for easy 5k's! Join us on our regular Sunday runs. This run is for EVERYBODY.
We created RCB with the intention of connecting runners/people with each other. We know how hard it is to meet new friends in a city full of people. With RCB we want to make that easier. Every Sunday we will meet for a easy 5 kilometers (pace vary's according to people present), with a nice coffee and some socialising afterwards. We believe that running can be much more than performance or pace.
