We meet at Northwest corner of SiegessÀule ( previous Cafe Viktoria. )We will run around the Tiergarten for 7kms.
After the first round with the "Tiergarten Running Group", and if you still like us đ and feel like it, you can join in for a second loop of 6km. The second loop is optional.
Running paces around 5:50 or 6:20 depends on the participants.
We will start to run exact 9:00 am. Don't be late. If you are late, please follow the route in the picture.

We are an international group (speaking English, German and Korean), enthusiastic and ambitious learning the art of traditional Taekwon-Do, meaning full perfection and power but no contact.
Our grandmaster Kang, Shin-Gyu is a student of famous grandmaster Kwon, Jae-Hwa, so that we can learn from the originals.
Sounds sophisticated? It is - and also a lot of fun!
Most of us are between 20 an 30 years old, half of them male and half female. But we welcome anybody any age! As a beginner you need nothing more than some comfortable sportswear.

Wo kannst du besser Sauerstoff aufnehmen als an frischer Luft? Auf dem Tempelhofer Feld lachen wir seit 2010 bei jedem Wetter, auĂer bei einer Unwetterwarnung.
Lachyoga kennt keine Altersgrenze, im Gegenteil, es hÀlt jung und verbindet "jung und alt" super miteinander!!!

Our hike, adapted for the heat, starts at the Grunewald S-Bahn station and follows the Hundekehle See to Grunewaldsee. There, weâll have the chance to stop for a break at a cafĂ© or a beer garden. On easy-to-walk trails, the route continues through the forest along the Langes Luchâwhose bodies of water provide additional coolingâto the Krumme Lanke. There, youâll have the chance to cool off in the water.
\*Weâll start the hike earlier than usual to avoid the midday heat.
**Whatâs Village Outdoor?**
Village outdoor Events are monthly meetups for the we are village community and their friends to enjoy outdoor activities in and around Berlin.
Activities include forest hikes, bike tours, swimming in lakes, sightseeing, and kayaking. Each month features a free and easy walk or hike in Berlin or its surrounding areas, accessible by public transport.

Free Osho Kundalini Meditation (active meditaion)

We warmly invite you to a free, open Osho Kundalini Meditation in the open air â right in the heart of Berlin, on Tempelhofer Feld.
This invitation is for anyone who feels curious, enjoys movement, music and inner spaciousness, or simply wants to try something new. You donât need to know anything, achieve anything, or be good at anything.
**What to expect**
The Osho Kundalini Meditation is an active dance and relaxation meditation, bringing together movement, music and stillness. It creates space to release tension, arrive fully in the body, and gently sink into deep relaxation afterwards.
The meditation consists of four phases:
1\. free movement and shaking to loosen the body
2\. dancing with music to allow energy to flow
3\. a quieter\, still phase for sensing and noticing
4\. relaxed lying down to integrate
No experience with meditation is needed, and no prior knowledge of Osho or Kundalini is required. There is no ârightâ or âwrongâ way â everything is welcome, nothing is expected.
**Our way of guiding the meditation**
Tina and I (Ricardo) will guide the meditation in English, with music and clear, welcoming impulses. We follow the structure of the Osho Kundalini Meditation while also leaving space for our own inputs and an open, personal experience.
What matters most is your own lived experience â not techniques or concepts.
**What you might like to bring**
If you wish, feel free to bring something to sit or lie on during the final phase, such as:
\- a meditation cushion \- a yoga mat \- a blanket or a cloth \-
You are also very welcome to come with nothing at all and simply lie or sit directly on the grass.
**Location & registration**
The meditation will take place on Tempelhofer Feld, like shown on the marker on the map. It is close to the entrance Oderstrasse, just 300m north west of it.
Participation is free and open, and you are welcome to join spontaneously.
We would still appreciate a Meetup registration, as it helps us estimate the number of participants.
This meditation is also an invitation and a taste of our retreat

This event is for everyone who enjoys chill games and is not a *complete* beginner (A1.5+). We play 3v3 (or 4v4) with beach rules. There are no trainers at this event. Register via [the simultaneous event](https://www.meetup.com/berlin-volley/events/) for higher-level 2v2 matches (F1+).
After playing, you can join us for socials with drinks and snacks at the bar area. We often play a social deduction game, which you're also welcome to join.
It's recommended that you come 10 minutes early so you have time to change and find the fields. If it is your first time, 15 minutes might be even better.
You can join whatever court you like and move between courts during the event. We self-organize, so once you finish a game, you can start a rematch, mix with another court, or take a break as you see fit. Upon arrival, join the warmup happening on one of the courts.

**Rules**: Do not join if you have an infectious disease. For everyone's safety, we do not allow kicking the ball during games with beginners. Be respectful of your fellow players.
**Venue**: We play at BeachMitte. There are changing rooms, toilets, and hot water showers that cost 1 EUR. There are no lockers. There is a bar that sells drinks and snacks.
**Payment**: You pay in advance via Meetup. Payment via PayPal or Urban Sports Club is not possible.
**Refunds**: The venue does not provide refunds. Thus, we cannot refund you either, even if the event is canceled due to bad weather. If you know you can't make it in advance, you can try selling your spot to someone else via WhatsApp or the comment section. In the rare cases that we cancel an event due to poor attendance, everyone gets a full refund.
Pictures might be taken and shared publicly, such as on Meetup or Instagram. You can opt out by letting the organizer know you do not wish to be photographed.

Hike Blendon Woods Metro Park
Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
Hike Scioto Audubon Trail with optional lunch at Nocterra
**Hike the Scioto Audubon trail. All paved and flat!**
**Plan on 3-4 miles. Hike at your own pace, no one left behind.**
**Lunch after at Nocterra for those who wish.**
Hike High Banks - 9:30 AM START
Hike approx 4.0 miles at approx. 17 minute mile pace. Meet in front of the Nature Center.
Hike Quarry Trails Metro Park
Meet at the parking lot closest to the playground at 2319 Quarry Trails Drive. Weâll hike 3-4 miles at a 17 minute pace. No one left behind.
Optional lunch afterward.
Alum Creek Trail Hike
Join us for a 2.4 mile hike along the Alum Creek Trail south from Casto park to Strawberry Farms park and back. This is a fully paved flat trail along Alum Creek. Come and enjoy a great hike with us!
