This workshop series is created for those who are just beginning their journey as performers, as well as for those who are looking for fresh inspiration and a deeper connection to their artistic expression.
The programme consists of **five interactive workshops** designed to explore the many dimensions of voice and stage presence. Each session combines **playful exercises, vocal training, creative exploration, and stage time**. Led by Anastasia, a Berlin-based dance instructor who started her journey back when Commercial Dance was known as Videoclip Dancing. She used to switch between MTV and VIVA, recording her favorite music videos on VHS to learn every move by heart. Today, she brings these memories back to life - blending nostalgia with fresh energy and a deep love for movement.

Sunday Watercolor Workshop
A small, watercolor session for beginners.
This workshop is designed for people who want to slow down and try something creative in a relaxed, small group setting.
During the session, you will:
– learn 2–3 fundamental watercolor techniques
– understand how to control water and color
– create one finished piece to take home
No experience needed.
All basic materials are provided.
Group size is limited (4–6 people) to keep the experience personal.

Lachend, spielend, tanzend, singend und bewusst tief atmend - auch bei Frost und Schnee - stärkst Du gleichzeitig Deine körperliche und mentale Gesundheit und Fitness sowie Dein Immunsystem! So beugst Du Krankheiten vor.
Dafür gibt es auch eine spezielle Übung: das vorbeugende Lachen.
Du verbindest Dich lachend mit den anderen Teilnehmer\*innen.
Du aktivierst eine Menge Glückshormone. So stärkst Du Deine Resilienz und kannst gelassener, fröhlicher und unbeschwerter in die neue Woche gehen.
Und bei Kälte lachst Du Dich warm!!! Wichtig: warme Füße!!! Also entsprechende Schuhe sind wichtig!!!
Übrigens:
"Lachen ist der Tanz des Atems"
sagt ein indisches Sprichwort. Es ist also Atemtherapie pur.
Wo kannst du besser Sauerstoff aufnehmen als an frischer Luft? Auf dem Tempelhofer Feld lachen wir seit 2010 bei jedem Wetter, außer bei einer Unwetterwarnung.
Lachyoga kennt keine Altersgrenze, im Gegenteil, es hält jung und verbindet "jung und alt" super miteinander!!!

Easy Pace Paved Biking - 52 Kms - The Berlin Wall Trail - Stage 1 of 3

**Stage: 1 of 3 (Hermsdorf to Schönefeld), earlier exit possible.**
**Highlights:** The Berlin Wall Trail from Hermsdorf to Schönefeld offers a unique ride through Berlin’s history and nature. Following the former border, the route passes landmarks such as Berlin Wall Memorial, Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, and East Side Gallery, while also winding through forests, lakes, riverside paths, and cherry-lined avenues.
**Participation Notes:**
Participants with past no-shows or unexplained cancellations on the event day will be deprioritized, and only confirmed RSVP may join the tour. Regular group participants as well as participants who express genuine intend, could be given priority on the waiting list.
We will take breaks for refreshments. Please bring your water, snacks, mosquito repellent, repair kit, helmet, and dress suitably for the day's weather.

chill run club - Juni (FLINTA)
Wir machen einen easy, social run (circa 1 Stunde) mit einer 7:30-8:30 pace (je nach Gruppe und wie wir uns fühlen) um den Orankesee und Umgebung. Es geht mehr darum gemeinsam zu laufen und sich zu connecten als das krasseste workout der Woche hinzulegen. Da das mein erstes Event ist: erstmal nur FLINTA only 🫶🏻 (Das bedeutet Frauen, Lesben, Intergeschlechtliche Menschen, Nicht-binäre Menschen, Trans* Menschen, Agender Menschen).

We meet at Northwest corner of Siegessäule ( previous Cafe Viktoria. )We will run around the Tiergarten for 7kms.
After the first round with the "Tiergarten Running Group", and if you still like us 😉 and feel like it, you can join in for a second loop of 6km. The second loop is optional.
Running paces around 5:50 or 6:20 depends on the participants.
We will start to run exact 9:00 am. Don't be late. If you are late, please follow the route in the picture.

Losing Weight in Columbus - Saturday morning Metro Park at Scioto Audubon Park
Join the weight loss in Columbus group at the Scioto Audubon Park for an in person meeting. We'll meet to chat casually, talk about goals and enjoy one of Columbus's wonderful parks.
We'll meet at one of the outdoor shelters, which is covered in case of rain, is close to some walking trails, and there's also a climbing gym that people can try out (my favorite past time) if people are interested.
