“Curious about posture? We’ll explore ease of movement and body awareness through the **Alexander Technique**—no experience needed and in a small group. This is a regular Monday class. We learn to cultivate awareness of our body's responses to thoughts and also to activity/ simple movements. This class provides practical tools for overall well-being by improving personal posture, coordination and a sense of inner rest. If the A. T. is not new to you, or you already practice other somatic work then you're welcome to deepen or refresh your experience with it, find new aspects that will seamlessly integrate it into your daily life. Our host in person will be Friederike from 2026🧡 We meet at Northwest corner of Siegessäule ( previous Cafe Viktoria. )We will run around the Tiergarten for 7kms. After the first round with the "Tiergarten Running Group", and if you still like us 😉 and feel like it, you can join in for a second loop of 6km. The second loop is optional.
