Over the course of the day, we’ll focus on **three key pathways to catharsis**: 1. **Interpersonal conflict** – tension between characters or people that is resolved, giving emotional release. 2. **Against-all-odds achievement** – following a protagonist (or yourself) through struggle toward success or triumph. 3. **Grief and letting go** – confronting loss and finding a sense of closure or understanding. For our London Trip this time we have settled on the V & A. It is one of the world's most amazing repositories of, well, beautiful stuff. It's a collector's dream come true with astonishing examples of the decorative arts and the applied arts. We will find everything from costumes to metal gates to furniture to bracelets and everything in between. It houses over 2.8 million objects and was founded in 1852 as the Museum of Manufactures, and later renamed after Queen Victoria and Prince Albert Let’s take advantage of a free general admission to explore over seven miles of inspiring galleries.
