Chaque mouvement est accompagné par la respiration, invitant à bouger en conscience au rythme du souffle. Cette séance offre un véritable espace pour ralentir, se reconnecter et prendre soin à la fois du corps et de l’esprit. On apprend à s’écouter, à respecter ses limites et à être attentif aux messages du corps. L’accent est mis sur la connexion entre le mouvement et les ressentis, plutôt que sur la performance. Des exercices ciblés permettent de fluidifier l’énergie dans le corps, de le rééquilibrer et de développer force, équilibre et mobilité, tout en conservant une approche douce et respectueuse. La séance se termine par un retour au calme et un moment de relaxation, afin d’intégrer pleinement les bienfaits de la pratique.
