In meinen 2,5 stündigen Waldbaden-Kursen tauchst du in die regenerative Kraft des Waldes ein – entschleunigend, achtsam und wissenschaftlich fundiert. Du erlebst die Natur bewusst und mit allen Sinnen, löst Spannungen, reduzierst Stress und findest ganz natürlich zurück zu innerer Ruhe. Angeleitet wird der Kurs mit Übungen, Meditationen und kreativen Aufgaben, die helfen sich wieder auf sich selbst zu konzentrieren. Women's Yoga is a gentle, nourishing practice designed to support the health of the female body. The classes follow a cycle-aware approach, honoring the natural changes in hormones, energy levels, and emotional states throughout the month. Each session begins with a short guided meditation to settle the mind, followed by a soft, flowing yoga practice and a deeply relaxing closing rest. The movements and postures are carefully chosen to support the female organs, pelvic floor, hips, and lower body, helping to create balance, strength, and ease. This practice is intuitive and permission-based. You're invited to move at your own rhythm, in tune with your cycle and how you feel on the day. Breathwork plays an important role, supporting the nervous system and hormonal balance. Women's Yoga offers a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and build a deeper sense of awareness, acceptance, and trust in your natural cycles. Come as you are. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.

We'll start with 60 minutes of breath-led movement to wake up the body and calm the mind. After class, you're invited to join us for a cosy coffee (or tea, or matcha)\* at a nearby café in Kreuzberg.
