The nervous system relaxes, the breath deepens, the heart rate slows and we feel connected, calm and quiet. Many of us can feel deprived of physical contact and touch and yet it is so vital to our wellbeing and happiness. Even if we have a lot of sex, a sensual element can be missing; that sweetness of just being held. Each person will get to determine their own boundaries and preferences during the workshop. ANDY is a Tantra Yoga teacher and somatic therapist and coach and has been facilitating spaces for gay, bi and queer men to connect from the heart for 9 years. He holds classes and private sessions in London and runs several wellbeing retreats for men during the year.

Join the **Gayzelles Running Club** for a fun way to both keep fit and socialise with other LGBTQIA+ people in our local area! We meet at 6.30pm every Tuesday. This week we are meeting outside 13 Crumpsall Street, Abbey wood The lake loop is about 5-6 KM and don't worry about your pace! We support runners of all speed. The course will pass Lesnes Abbey Woods, around the Southmere Lake and return to the start. Afterwards, there may be a chance for a bit of a social if people feel like doing so. Come and join us on Tuesday evening, 7-9pm for a chill evening of crafting - we'll be making pin badges to wear with pride :) We meet at London Friend office, 86 Caledonian Road, London N19DN. **Come try quadball - a mixed-gender sport open to anyone and everyone regardless of gender, ability, or background.** Quadball, formerly quidditch, features players on each side aiming to outscore their opponents by throwing a volleyball through one of three opposing hoops, whilst defending their own hoops with tackles or knocking out opponents with dodgeballs - all while on a broom. **[Short Video on How To Play Quadball](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tKUZ9LLH-_c)** These sessions are casual mixed games, and are very beginner friendly, so this is a fantastic opportunity for new people to get involved! Despite our quidditch origins, quadball is very much a sport unto itself and has no relation to or any involvement with Harry Potter or JK Rowling. Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude.
