Liam is a highly experienced Master Sound Healer and Shamanic Practitioner. Trained across Australia and globally, he brings expertise in various traditions, including:

* Trained for over 7 years in ancient Tibetan sound and Tantric healing, initiated in this lineage

Our journey to bring people together began in January of 2022. The group was started with a simple intention to gather and meet some likeminded people - connecting through the powerful act of meditation and sharing our genuine selves while sitting in a circle that represents equality, harmony and wholeness( *we believe everyone in the circle is a teacher and a student at the same time)*.
And over the last 4 years of consistently coming together, we have fostered a beautiful, loving, dependable community where members from all walks of life have experienced a sacred space to sit in silence together and meditate, share their authentic selves, give presence to others and forge meaningful and long lasting connections.
The Meditations are guided by Sana(co-founder and host), who is a Trained and certified meditation teacher by the Meditation Association of Australia, and has been guiding meditations for 3+ years in corporate and community settings.

Saturday Meditation & Free Refreshments
Monk led a meditation session for local residents at the Dhammakaya Multicultural Meditation Centre of Melbourne, Camberwell. The session focused on the theme âStillness of the Mindâ, offering participants practical tools to cultivate inner calm and clarity.
The 50-minute guided sitting meditation began with gentle body-scanning relaxation, helping everyone release physical tension and settle comfortably. Participants were then guided to watch the natural rhythm of the breath, allowing the mind to gradually become centred and composed.
Many techniques supported participants in experiencing a greater sense of peace and steadiness.
