Deep Rest : Sound & Visualization Journey
This late-evening class is a deeply restorative experience designed to help participants transition from the stimulation of the day into profound rest.
The session blends gentle grounding practices, guided yoga Nidra or visualization journeys, and immersive sound healing using Tibetan bowls, voice, and subtle resonance. The intention is to calm the nervous system, release mental tension, and support better sleep and emotional integration.
This class is held in English. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.
The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building.
Pilates inspired Yoga
Pilates Inspired Yoga is a class designed to strengthen the core and sculpt the arms through mindful, graceful movement, breath, and control. Blending the fluidity of yoga with the strength of pilates, this practice builds stability, endurance, and proper alignment while being part of a supportive community that moves, grows, and gets stronger together.
Expect motivation, teamwork, and a fun, uplifting environment.
Open to all levels.

Yin: Nervous System Reset
In this Yin practice, we take time to pause, soften, and simply be. With the support of long-held, floor-based postures, the body gradually opens, accessing the deeper layers of fascia and energy pathways.
We allow gravity to guide the process. This subtle work calms the nervous system, nurtures stillness, and encourages quiet reflection. It's an opportunity to release tension from both body and mind, and to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
The class is led in English and is open to all levels.

Weekly Thursday Meditation
Since October 2023 every single week on Thursday from 7.30 to 9PM we offer a meditation. Everyone is welcome. Donation Base: Min. 5EUR
We learn about meditation (Shamata & Vipassana), practice different techniques together and take time to discuss our experiences with each other. Already more than 200 people came and learned how to meditate at Bodhispace.

Myofascial Release Workshop - Neck, Back & Shoulders
**Selfcare Sunday:** Learn about the fascinating fascia network in your body and experience deep relief and relaxation in a 90-minute guided self-massage.
Using slow, gentle self-massage techniques with balls, we specifically target and release tight tissue in neck, shoulders and back and restore mobility. As tension releases on a physical level, many people notice that stress drops away too - the body feels lighter and the mind becomes quieter. This practice is especially supportive if you experience everyday stress, mental overload, stiffness or mild movement restrictions - whether from desk work, caring for others, sports and fitness training, or simply daily life.
You'll be gifted with a set of balls and simple techniques you can use at home anytime.
No experience needed - come alone or grab your best friend or your partner, everyone is welcome!

Meditation in Leisepark (Prenzlauerberg) #2
This time we meet in **Leisepark**, a quiet park built on a former cemetery, where historical tombstones are still preserved. The setting is a useful reminder of impermanence—something Theravāda practice has been pointing out for about 2,500 years. Few meditation halls provide such direct architectural commentary on *anicca*.
**Structure of the session**
1. Short introduction
2. 8-minute easy qigong warm-up
3. 30-minute sit (guided mettā → samatha)
4. Open discussion and exchange
5. Short qigong break
6. 30-minute silent sit
The intention is to balance stillness with a small amount of embodied movement, helping the body settle before each sit.
Bring something to sit on and dress appropriately for the weather. Prior meditation experience is recommended, as the format assumes familiarity with sustained sitting practice.
Women's Yoga: cycle awareness
Women's Yoga is a gentle, nourishing practice designed to support the health of the female body. The classes follow a cycle-aware approach, honoring the natural changes in hormones, energy levels, and emotional states throughout the month.
Each session begins with a short guided meditation to settle the mind, followed by a soft, flowing yoga practice and a deeply relaxing closing rest. The movements and postures are carefully chosen to support the female organs, pelvic floor, hips, and lower body, helping to create balance, strength, and ease.
This practice is intuitive and permission-based. You're invited to move at your own rhythm, in tune with your cycle and how you feel on the day. Breathwork plays an important role, supporting the nervous system and hormonal balance.
Women's Yoga offers a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and build a deeper sense of awareness, acceptance, and trust in your natural cycles.
Come as you are.

**About**
At this special time of the year, the day is almost equal with the night. This moment in the yearly cycle symbolizes a state of harmony that brings about a beneficial transformation in Nature as well as in our beings. Everything awakens to life after the period of “conservation and accumulation” of the winter.
Especially during this period, a process of purification spontaneously takes place both in our physical body, and in some of our subtle bodies. As a result of this phenomenon, a state of inner tranquillity and peace, of mental and emotional balancing gradually settles in the sphere of our consciousness.
From an esoteric point of view, this moment of balance represents a very favourable moment to come into a state of resonance with the glorious androgynous condition – the mystical state of harmony that under certain conditions can manifest in our inner universe between the complementary aspects of our being (Yin and Yang, feminine and masculine, inner and outer, anima and animus, etc).
It is not a coincidence that, especially in this time of silent rebirth and mysterious regeneration of nature, most animals mate, plants begin to sprout and bud, and, step by step, one after another, the seeds/germs of life are being reborn all around us.
From an astrological point of view, the occult moment of the Spring Equinox marks the beginning of a new astrological year, the moment when the Sun enters the zodiacal sign of Aries, characterized by a state of spontaneity and desire for self-affirmation, being more oriented towards concrete experiences and direct actions.
In such favourable moment of the year, we are given an incredible opportunity to align with the mysterious cycles of nature, embarking ourselves in the direction of rebirth, revival, awakening to reality, coming out of sleep, halting the process of hibernation.
This mysterious moment of hiatus spontaneously connects us with the huge subtle energies of the beginning, with the optimistic momentum which comes with each new beginning of life.
At the same time, this moment of effervescence brings forth a fascinating blossoming of vitality, making us feel full of life and joy, enthusiastic and full of vigour.
