The Release Ritual is a guided breathwork experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, release what’s been building inside, and gently come back to a place of calm, clarity, and inner safety. Whether you’re moving through a breakup, feeling overwhelmed, or simply craving a deeper connection to yourself, this space is here for you 🌸 🌿 What to Expect From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a warm and supportive space where you can gently transition out of your day and into yourself. We’ll begin with a soft guided meditation, allowing your body to settle and your mind to slow down, creating the foundation for a deeper experience. From there, we open a sharing circle. This is a safe, judgment-free space where you’re invited to share if you feel called to, or simply listen and be held in the presence of others. Before we begin the breathwork, the facilitator will clearly guide you through the technique, explaining everything you need to feel comfortable, safe, and supported throughout the session. Thank you for your understanding! Work your inner kinks out as you submit your body to the compressive squeeze of the aerial hammock in this restorative low setting session with Feral Binds. As you are led through this slow connective practice we will settle into positions that allow you to harness both control-in the restriction of the binds-and surrender, as you allow your body and mind to give in to the hold of the silks. Please note no rope will be used in this workshop. Rather, we will be using foundational rope tying skills to tap into deep pressure therapy principals to relieve stress and release tension in the body and mind. You may bring your own aerial hammock or rent one from the studio for $10. Dress with personal comfort and level of sensory stimulation you’d like to experience in mind. Yoga shorts/sports bra is ideal. If you choose to experience the rope with your skin covered, think form fitting top/ leggings, bodysuit. Join [Feral Binds](https://www.instagram.com/feral.binds) for a transformative lesson in connections as we dip our toes into the sensory-seducing art of rope bondage. Through self-tie led instruction, we will focus on tension and intention while exploring the flow of foundational ties and the many opportunities they provide for sensory and sensual enjoyment. Please wear clothes that make you feel comfortable. Leggings or pants that can easily be lifted above the knees, or shorts and a tight-fitting tank top/sports bra are recommended. Twisted Monk Hemp ropes will be provided for the workshop and available to purchase from your instructor to continue your practice at home. This is a self-tie led workshop but you may bring a partner to tie as well. Registration required for all participants. She found early on that through sharing her practice, she could more effectively communicate through and with the rope. As a passionate advocate for self exploration, she hopes to share how the practice of rope bondage can empower and foster deep trust and connection within oneself as well as with a chosen partner.
