It introduces OWASP Threat Dragon and demonstrates how to deconstruct application architecture using sample projects. The talk also explores how to combine application-level threat modeling with the OWASP Web Security Testing Guide to build a structured pentesting methodology, and highlights why developing a threat modeling mindset is essential for growing from a junior to a senior pentester, before wrapping up with key takeaways. **Speaker Bio:** Donavan brings nearly a decade of cybersecurity experience across red teaming, penetration testing, threat modeling, and risk assessments. He has actively contributed to the open source community through his series of deliberately vulnerable machines on Vulnhub between 2018 and 2021, and has demonstrated strong technical depth by delivering threat modeling talks at conferences across Europe and Asia, including DefCamp in Romania, FIRST Central Asia in Uzbekistan, GCC 2025 in Taiwan, and SINCON in Singapore, often using OWASP Threat Dragon to introduce practical concepts. At Thales, he also led the development of a fully functional, Singapore-built cybersecurity gamification experience called “Defend the Breach” within just three months, enabling participants to step into the role of CISOs and make strategic decisions around cyber budgets, threat response, and security capabilities. **Talk 2 :** [Details Coming soon] ***Since this is a free event, please RSVP only if you’re sure you can attend. We’ll be arranging food based on the number of responses, and no-shows can lead to unnecessary food wastage.***

Kampong Kindness Walk with Live Share and Care
Kampong Kindness Walk with Live Share and Care
Some walks strengthen the body. Some walks strengthen the soul. **Date: 30 April 2026 (Thurs)** **Venue: Area @ Main Entrance, Mushroom Cafe · MacRitchie Reservoir** **Timing: 0830hrs - 1500hrs** Our journey begins with an 11km loop through the lush trails of MacRitchie Reservoir Park, where nature reminds us that life grows stronger when it is nurtured together. After the trail, we gather for brunch at Toa Payoh West Market ,a haven for the traditional food lover — humble, timeworn, and rich with the flavours of old Singapore. Every stall feels like a tribute to heritage, comfort, and recipes worth preserving. But the real purpose of the walk begins after lunch. We continue to Christian Outreach to the Handicapped – Emmanuel Activity Centre in Toa Payoh, where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities learn daily skills, find friendship, and discover dignity in community. Founded in 1979 by missionary Reverend Alice Shae after she struggled to find support for her own daughter with disabilities, the organisation has spent more than four decades building a community of acceptance, empowerment and hope for persons with special needs. Their vision is simple but powerful: a compassionate and inclusive society where every individual — regardless of ability — is valued and given the opportunity to thrive. Depending on the number of participants, we may split into two groups — one visiting Block 171 and another visiting Block 161 (Autism Centre) — before regrouping again. This small visit is not just a tour, but an invitation. An invitation to see. An invitation to understand. An invitation to serve. Many of these centres depend greatly on volunteers who can spend time befriending clients, guiding simple activities, and offering companionship. Sometimes what they need most is not expertise — but presence. This walk hopes to plant a seed. Perhaps after the trail, the lunch, and the visit, some of us may feel a quiet calling — to return not just as visitors, but as volunteers. Because in the end, the most meaningful journeys are not measured in kilometres… but in the hearts we choose to walk beside. Please read this #1 - This is a number-controlled event. Please come only if you are on the attending list. #2 - We will move out at 0830 sharp. We are not able to wait for late-comers. #3 - As this is a limited number event, please check your calendar and make sure you can come before you RSVP. Do not change your attendance at the last minute and deny someone else who genuinely wishes to come.

Two for Tuesdays Walk & Comedy crawl option
Before the comedy crawl, we’re starting Tuesday with **Two for Tuesdays**: a casual **social walk** designed to get people off the couch, **out of the house,** and actually doing something. This is a relaxed group walk at a **social pace,** covering roughly **2–3 miles**. Nothing intense. No pressure. Just good conversation, a little movement, and a **better way to spend your Tuesday** than sitting at home **scrolling your phone.** Then **after the walk,** we roll right into the **comedy crawl.** This is what makes the night better: you don’t just show up for one event, awkwardly stand around, then leave. You actually get time to **meet people,** loosen up, and **feel part of something** before the comedy even starts. If you’re tired of wasting your weeknights at home, this is your sign. **Spots are limited.** **A paid ticket** helps us plan accurately, keep the group intentional, and make sure the people who RSVP actually show up. Please use **ticket Link in comments** Preferred Two for Tuesdays Walk **$2** Walk + Comedy Crawl **$5** **Ticket Link preferred.** As an option Venmo/Paypal @WiseUnlimitedLLC CashApp $WiseUnlimitedLLC
