All current information is published in our WhatsApp group❗️** **🏔️ Rax Panorama Hike** 📅 Date: June 28 🕒 Time: ~08:00–18:00 📍 Meeting point: exact details will be shared in the WA group **What makes this trip special:** — one of the most beautiful panoramic plateaus near Vienna — breathtaking mountain views — scenic cable car ride to 1540 m — alpine landscapes, mountain huts, and endless photo opportunities — a perfect day in nature without a difficult summit ascent **About the hike:** This is a circular route. The hike is considered moderate, but still suitable for most active people. Along the way, we’ll visit two summit crosses with stunning panoramic views. 📏 Distance: ~11 km ⛰ Elevation gain: ~430 m ⏱ Walking time: ~4 hours (plus breaks, photos & lunch) ⚠️ **Expect:** – uneven and rocky terrain – some steeper sections – mountain weather conditions 👉 You don’t need mountaineering experience, but you should: – be comfortable walking for several hours – have a basic fitness level – not be afraid of heights 🥾 Hiking shoes or shoes with a good grip are strongly recommended 💶 **Participation fee:** 30 € (including train & bus tickets) 🚠 **Additional costs:** Rax cable car ticket is purchased separately.
