Dallas is best known for oil, cattle, Neiman Marcus and the Cowboys--not mass transit. But Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) provides light rail, "Trinity Railway Express", regional rail, bus routes, GoLink on-demand service, and paratransit over a 13-city territory. TEDC member Katy Kelly will provide an overview of DART's offerings and explore the challenges of providing transit in a Sunbelt community. We'll also have a preview of our next transit outing! SDGC25 brought the global service design community together around the theme “Business Transformation by Design,” exploring how service design can influence strategy, operations, and customer experience across organizations.
