Rabble - Fitness Through Games!
A Rabble session is 1 hour of fun and social team games.
Each game disguises high-intensity intervals within the rules, giving you an effective, all-body workout without even realising it.
We play a bunch of different games at each session (like British Bulldog, Capture the Flag, Dodgeball, Frisbee and many more), and every class is different.
Sessions are open to all, no matter your sporting ability. Each game is explained before we start, so there's no need to have played any of the games before.
Come solo or bring friends! And stay at the end for the social part!
Who knew getting fit could be this fun?
**TO BOOK**:
It's essential that you book onto sessions via our website, using the link below; due to restrictions on games and preparation times we cannot accept walk-ins, or late arrivals.

Southbank Vinyl
We're now meeting each month at the Bear in Camberwell, where great food and drink options are available, and we can get some time on their decks. Come along with a bunch of vinyl you'd like to play and share with us.
This month we’re heading to the Beach.
Think sun, sea and sand. Think coasts with the most – from Brighton to Miami, Blackpool to California. Dip your toes or wade in – whether it’s Balearic bliss, surf rock or poolside punk, keep it sun drenched. Pack some vinyl, grab a drink, and join us. (Sunscreen optional).
And don't forget to RSVP!

Free London walk: Regents Canal to River Thames, Isle of Dogs, Greenwich, 8km
This is part of my series of leisurely London walks aimed at exploring and getting to know the city better. They are easy, largely flat and shorter in length than my countryside hikes.
As we leave Mile End tube station, we enter **Mile End Park**, created on land devastated by bombing during World War II. It is a 90-acre linear park that runs along the edge of Regent’s Canal.
Walk along **Regent’s Canal** taking in the sights. We eventually reach **Limehouse Basin**, a quiet location sprinkled with residential accommodation and boats - the River Thames, Regent’s Canal, and Limehouse Cut all meet here, each providing a green highway along which wildlife can move around the built-up area.
As we follow the **Thames Path** in the **Isle of Dogs**, have your camera ready for stunning views of the waterfront and the **city’s skyline** (the Shard, Walkie Talkie, etc). Also soak in the views of the glass skyscrapers of **Canary Wharf**.
We will continue along to the **Greenwich Foot Tunnel**. The tunnel sits 15 metres beneath the River Thames and is 370 metres long. It was opened in 1902 and connects Island Gardens in Tower Hamlets in the north to Greenwich in the south.
On exiting the tunnel in Greenwich, we immediately come across the **Cutty Sark**, the state-of-the-art Victorian tea clipper. It was built in 1869 and designed to carry tea from China to England as fast as possible. A fashion developed among Victorians for consuming the first tea to be unloaded in London – this spurred the ‘great tea races’ and intense competition to get home first where you could command huge prices. The Cutty Sark was designed to be fast!
Explore the grounds of the **Old Royal Navy College** – a cultural destination in the heart of the **Maritime Greenwich UNESCO World Heritage Site**. It is an award-winning visitor attraction and one of the UKs most sought-after film locations due to the iconic architecture of its 18th century buildings, expansive grounds and views of London. It has appeared in Netflix’s Bridgerton and blockbusters such as Pirates of the Caribbean, Thor II, and Skyfall, among many others.
The Painted Hall here is the jewel, known as Britain’s Sistine Chapel (we will not be entering it as there’s a fee). You could also spend time in St Peter and St Paul Chapel (we may visit the Chapel if it's open).
We end up at **Greenwich market** with its arts and crafts and food stalls. Once the walk ends around here, feel free to explore Greenwich further on your own!
**Cost:** Free
**Start time:** 10:00am
**Start location:** Mile End tube station - I’ll be waiting on the pavement at the exit (main road A11). My mobile: 07951673142
**End location:** Cutty Sark for Maritime Greenwich DLR station / Greenwich market (they are 2 min apart by foot)
**Length:** 8km
**Ascent:** largely flat
**Time:** approx 3hrs - exact end time depends on the weather, pace of the group, and our breaks.
**Pace & Difficulty:** an easy, relaxed, and leisurely pace. The aim is to enjoy being outdoors and have a fun, friendly walk. It is suitable for beginners.
**Transport:** Mile End tube station (Central, District, and Hammersmith and City lines). Check the status of the tube before travel. Cutty Sark for Maritime Greenwich is a DLR station in Greenwich.
**What to bring:**
Check the weather and bring appropriate gear. Walkways and trails can be muddy and slippery. A comfortable backpack, waterproof jacket, sufficient food, snacks, and water along with suitable socks and footwear (sturdy shoes with good grip/waterproof hiking boots) are some essentials. Remember to carry any medication you may require. If it’s sunny, don’t forget a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen!

A unique combination of ballet exercises, Pilates, stretching and motivational techniques. It’s a high energy class targeted at developing a great posture, sculpting a dancer like waistline, bottom and shaping slim legs. To teach at out event we are inviting a former international ballet pro to show the elements of Ballet, Pilates, Stretching, to develop a core strength, flexibility and a great posture, as well as mentally linking muscle memory, so the gains on posture are immediate and easily remembered.

Nordic Walking Brockwell Park
Ready to get outside? Our Friday morning Nordic Walk in Brockwell Park is back!
At this moment we can meet with up to 30 people (of more than two households) to do outdoor exercise and walks. However, i like to keep our exercise groups small, so I have set the maximum participants at 12.
For now this walk is for our experienced Nordic Walkers only, who already used to Nordic Walk with us regularly before Covid 19 kept us indoors, and who have their own Nordic Walking poles.
As this session is outdoors, we will not ask you to wear a face mask, but we do ask you to keep 2 meters apart. Some of our walkers might be immune compromised or more at risk, so please help us keep everyone safe!
Please do not come to the session and stay at home if:
- you know you have been in contact - in the last 2 weeks- with someone with symptoms of possible Covid, or if you have been in contact with someone who tested positive.
- you have any of the following symptoms: (new) Loss of smell/taste, Persistent cough, Fatigue, Loss of appetite, Skin rash, Hives, Fever, Severe muscle pain, Shortness of breath, Diarrhoea, Delirium, Abdominal pain, Chest pain, Hoarse voice, Eye soreness, Sore or painful throat, Nausea or vomiting, Headache, Dizziness or light headedness
We meet by the Blackbird bakery in Herne Hill, between the station and the park.
Session Price: £10 per session, £89 for a 10-session card or £70 unlimited sessions per month. Session cards and Pay Monthly can be used in any of our outdoor walks or indoor Zoom classes sessions (except for the Parkinson's sessions).
Pay What Works:
The price shown above is the “true” value of the session that best reflects the work I put into preparing and leading your session. However, I understand that not everyone can afford to pay full price, and I don’t want that to stop you from joining us.
In an effort to find a balance between more financial accessibility and sustainable pricing, I now offer a “Pay What Works” model. This allows for financial flexibility while still valuing and respecting the work and energy I provide in creating and delivering these classes.
Then send an email to ailien@fitandhappyoutdoors.com with the heading “INVOICE please”- followed by “FAHO 1” to pay full price as quoted below, “FAHO 2”, for 20% off, or “FAHO 3” for 50% off.
Please do tell me if you want to pay for 10 sessions, or if you’d like to pay monthly.
I prefer payment by bank transfer, but if that is not possible you could pay in cash. No cheques please, the queues by the banks are just too long.
We walk in all safe weather conditions – if a walk is cancelled, we will contact you to let you know. Please check for text messages or Meetup messages before leaving home!
