šŸŽ† Let the sparks fly! - Firelight Festival @ The Docklands
šŸŽ† Let the sparks fly! - Firelight Festival @ The Docklands
Firelight Festival is a must-see free outdoor event in the Docklands. For 3 nights the docks come alive with fire, food, fun, frivolity and, of course, fireworks! šŸŽ† There's also plenty of vegan food and drink around, so put on your winter coat and mittens (and warm underwear!) and come hang out with us at the Firelight Festival! We'll meet in a nice warm place, Marina Tower, a 2-minute walk from the Festival and right at the end of the 70 and 86 tram lines. As always, look for me in my hat and little yellow smiley badge or, if you can't find us call or text the Happy Fun Phone on 0448 685 150.
Ranked #29 best steak in the world - Steer Dining Room
Ranked #29 best steak in the world - Steer Dining Room
Steer Dining Room has become one of a handful of Australian restaurants to serve genuine Kobe beef, the most sought-after kind of Wagyu. The delicate meat (from Japan’s Hyogo prefecture) stands out for its high marbled fat content, which causes it to melt at low temperatures. Awarded 29th in the World’s Best Steaks for 2026 (the highest ranking awarded to a Melbourne venue), the awards write-up states, ā€œSteer Dining Room is not about spectacle; it is about mastery. Through its commitment to sourcing, its reverence for wagyu and its measured execution, it has secured its place as an essential institution for those who see steak not merely as a meal, but as a craft.ā€ Read more here: STEER DINING ROOM | Worldbeststeaks 2026 I have booked for 6 Fine Diners to enjoy the Signature Wagyu Degustation - 6 courses at $325 per person - for dinner from 6.15pm on Friday 3 July. You can view the menu here and it looks simply mouthwatering: https://www.steerdiningroom.com.au/_files/ugd/16cb0b_e63265bb4f3e41319004584541a580e3.pdf

Join the waitlist to express interest. Once I have names in the waitlist, I’ll send you a ā€˜Meetup Message’ to confirm you have a spot and how to pay. You’ll need to send me $100 to secure your place (equivalent to the cancellation fee - this will be deducted from your bill when we settle up). Once paid I’ll move you from the waitlist to ā€˜Attending’. As these are small group events, there are often more Fine Diners interested than there are seats available. My approach to hosting an event is to share seats around amongst members of the group in as fair a manner as I can, including mixing Fine Diners regulars with newcomers. Please be respectful if there are events when you miss out on a seat. I will always message you so you know if you have secured a seat or are still waitlisted in case a seat opens up. Please check that you don’t have your settings blocking messages; if I can’t contact you, I’ll have to move on to the next person. Also if you don’t respond to my message offering you a seat within 3 days, I’ll let you know that I’m offering the seat to another person on the waitlist.

This looks like a memorable menu for steak lovers in the group, so I hope you can join me.

Monthly Gals Walk
Monthly Gals Walk
**The Gals Monthly Walk** **Meeting Location: Baker Bleu, 183 Domain Road South Yarra.** Replacing our women's only monthly brunch, we bring you our *Monthly Gals Walk*. As the months get cooler, and cost of living goes up, we need a place to be held accountable to getting out of bed, getting in our exercise and not spending a tonne of money we don't need to. Our monthly women's brunches have always been a space where we can be surrounded by like-minded women in a super welcoming setting, discuss important topics related to bettering ourselves and get below the surface level small talk - all whilst making some great new friends! You can still expect all of this at our monthly walks. Our *July* topic will be announced closer to the date. Bring all of your go-to tips, bring your questions you need answered and let's connect through movement and coffee. If the weather turns, we will still go ahead, just indoors at a local cafe. Make sure you follow our IG page for latest updates on events: https://www.instagram.com/findyourtribemelb/ This event is aimed at women who identify with being young spirited - typically women in their 20s, 30s and early 40s will attend, however we have also had women in their 60s and 70s. We are open to all ages 18+ as long as you identify with being female, young spirited and open minded. We can learn so much from different women at different stages of life. **Meeting Location: Baker Bleu, 183 Domain Road South Yarra.** Meet by 9am to order coffee. Walking by 9:10am.

A Quiet Art Evening
A Quiet Art Evening
A Quiet Art Evening (Self-Guided) Saturday, 4 July, 6:00pm — 8:00pm Venue: 5 Ellingworth Parade, Box Hill This is a quiet, self-guided (untutored) space to slow down, create, and spend time alongside others. Bring your own materials and something you’d like to work on. It’s an evening to create unhurriedly in a shared space — to make, reflect, and simply be. Through art, we hope to create a gentle space for connection, encouragement, and shared presence. We hope this will become a simple monthly rhythm — a place to keep returning to, to create, connect, and enjoy the process together. If this resonates with you, feel free to RSVP here. PS. A $5 contribution each participant will help cover venue hire, as well as tea/coffee, and biscuits. Limited places — only for people who RSVP. If RSVP is full, message us directly to check availability.

The Inner Oracle; Cultivating your Intuition
The Inner Oracle; Cultivating your Intuition
We all possess intuition, the quiet inner knowing that guides us through life. Yet for many of us, this innate ability remains underdeveloped or overlooked. \*The Inner Oracle\* is an engaging and experiential presentation designed to help you reconnect with your intuitive wisdom in a supportive and welcoming environment. Together, we will explore the concept of intuition, including an introduction to the various ā€œclairsā€ or intuitive senses, such as clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and claircognizance. Through guided meditation, participants will have the opportunity to quiet the mind, deepen self-awareness, and connect with their own intuitive insights. Interactive activities and practical exercises will provide a fun and encouraging space to practise trusting and strengthening your intuition. This event is suitable for all experience levels—from the simply curious to those already working with intuitive practices. No prior knowledge is required, only an open mind and a willingness to explore. **Jasmine Elizabeth King** is a Lecturer, Supervisor, and Clinic Lead at Torrens University, where she teaches naturopathy, western herbal medicine, and nutrition. Inspired by her passion for integrating intuition alongside evidence-based health science education, Jasmine developed this workshop to support students and practitioners. It quickly became clear that cultivating intuition is a skill that can benefit everyone, making this workshop accessible, practical, and enjoyable for all. **The MTS is committed to providing events that align with and further The three objects of The Theosophical Society:** * To form a nucleus of the universal brotherhood of humanity, without distinction of race, creed, sex, caste or colour. * To encourage the study of comparative religion, philosophy and science. * To investigate unexplained laws of nature and the powers latent in the human being. In-Person Event: The Answers to Depression & Anxiety
In-Person Event: The Answers to Depression & Anxiety
This is an in-person meeting. At this meeting you will get answers to depression and anxiety. Find out the source of them and how to get rid of them. Did you know that unwanted emotions like anxiety, depression, unhappiness, loneliness, hopelessness, anger, fear, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not due to a chemical imbalance in your brain from some nebulous chemical reaction "by chance". Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life. Come to our Meetup, where we can introduce you to some of the knowledge, tools and techniques of the breakthroughs in the field of the mind that we can apply to this ever important area of life. Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there. This group is created by the Hubbard Dianetics Foundation of Central Ohio and Church of Scientology of Central Ohio.
Christ The Healer, Columbus, Ohio
Christ The Healer, Columbus, Ohio
From the moment sin entered the world, death began. Adam and Eve were not stricken dead immediately, but the process by which none of us lives forever in health and wholeness in these earthly bodies started its inexorable march to the inevitable end—death. The Bible makes it clear that by one man’s sin, death came to all mankind, but that by the obedience of One Perfect Man, Jesus, many are made righteous (Romans 5:19). F.F. Bosworth recognized this truth; he also would have people consider that the God Who provided for our greatest need—salvation from eternal death—would also provide healing for the lesser, but still great needs, of health and healing from sickness, disease, and the consequences of sin that we encounter before we die. Join us as we examine the case for biblical healing in the book first published in 1924, ***Christ The Healer*. We meet at True Food Kitchen, Easton Town Center on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 6:30 pm.** Get your tickets on [EventBrite](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/christ-the-healer-columbus-ohio-tickets-1989133215995)!
