創辦人Shri Mataji從1970開始便到世界各地舉辦講座,教授靜坐瑜珈技巧,所有瑜珈班和講座均不收費。因為創辦人認為,實踐自覺是一種內在與生俱來的能力和權力,並不是、也不能用金錢或物質去購買,至今無數練習者已經分佈全球120多個國家。
2小時的初階班將會在輕鬆無拘束的氣氛中, 學習各種有關我們內在精微能量系統的知識, 各種清理平衡技巧,和享受集體靜坐引導。霎哈嘉瑜伽是以冥想靜坐為主,不是“運動”瑜伽,也不要求任何特殊靜坐姿勢,或特定的服裝, 穿什麼衣服都可以。現場我們會提供坐椅或坐墊。参加者帶一顆心即可。請帶一顆求真,求知和開放的心前來。
您亦會學習到如何在家中自行靜坐及保持平衡的技巧。這些技巧容易學習和實踐。每天只需開始冥想10到20分鐘即可感受到明顯差異。
初學者或已有靜坐習慣者,都歡迎前來學習這—套與其他冥想靜坐方式不同的霎哈嘉瑜伽靜坐法。中級進階班(逢星期四及星期六)則歡迎已參加過4次或以上初班並有意探索更深入入靜和深化冥想知識的人仕參加。

Our weekend Yoga sessions have been running since 2010. This practice group is for anyone interested in a Hatha Yoga practice! Our purpose is to release the stresses from the week gone by and prepare you for the week ahead. 🧘♂️
**Our practice includes:**
* Hatha Yoga postures
* Pranayama Breathing
* Guided affirmations
* Dynamic stretching flow
* Combined into mindful sequences

Tantra is a unique inner science that teaches us to transform our minds, ourselves, and lives. As the rarest teachings in Buddhism, it guides us to overcome limiting beliefs that lead to fear and anxiety. Through special meditations, Tantra helps us generate positive energy and wisdom, ultimately leading to enlightenment and lasting happiness.
Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche says, “The gateway through which we enter Tantra is receiving a Tantric empowerment. An empowerment bestows upon us special blessings that heal our mental continuum and awaken our Buddha nature.”
In this public talk, Gen Tonglam will explain that the foundation for training in Tantra is the understanding that everyone has the extraordinary potential to lead a life filled with freedom and joy.
This public talk is also a perfect preparation for the Kadampa International Summer Festival (24 July – 8 August in UK), where attendees will have the opportunity to receive Highest Yoga Tantra empowerments and related teachings.
