will do the drill for fundamental skills eg Forehand, backhand & volley

The players will team up to play double rally or game by rotations

Central Harbourfront Night Walk
We are going to walk along Hong Kong's iconic Central Harbourfront from Central Pier 9 to Wanchai Star Ferry pier and then back again at at a leisurely pace.
We will be discussing everything kicks, what pair you own, how they relate to you, how they affect you, your mood, your confidence and your lifestyle.
No need to bring anything. Just bring your favourite pair of kicks along and your enthusiam about walking about in it.
Anyone allowed from diehard sneakerheadz to those new to this amazing and vast world of kicks.
Questions to think about before joining the event:

How does walking in it affect your mood and confidence?

This one of a kind seminar is designed to introduce the two precious gems in Buddhism: Wisdom in meditation (Dhyāna) and martial art (Wing Chun kungfu).
It aims to give participants a first hand and HASSLE-FREE experience on meditation techniques, marital art applications, and various Buddhist-Chinese traditional practices on wellness.
