Open Sitting Meditation
As requested by many, we will now open our space for meditators every Monday from 8 to 9PM to just sit quietly and practice their own meditation. The support of our powerful temple, including the traditional Buddhist shrine, has been widely appreciated. Countless enlightened teachers have visited this space and taught there, retreats and group practices have happened here for more than 20 years. This is the ideal place for your Monday evening meditation.

“Curious about posture? We’ll explore ease of movement and body awareness through the **Alexander Technique**—no experience needed and in a small group. This is a regular Monday class.
We learn to cultivate awareness of our body's responses to thoughts and also to activity/ simple movements. This class provides practical tools for overall well-being by improving personal posture, coordination and a sense of inner rest.
If the A. T. is not new to you, or you already practice other somatic work then you're welcome to deepen or refresh your experience with it, find new aspects that will seamlessly integrate it into your daily life. Come explore the transformative power of mindful movement with us.

**Why this evening exists**
Over the last months, we kept meeting amazing people who work inside of organisation (often in a corporate context), who feel stretched by their work - yet still care deeply about contributing to positive change somehow.
They bring so much care & potential and yet I’ve noticed how often meaningful initiatives never quite take shape, simply because there’s little space or energy to move them forward.
That’s why we’re experimenting with a small, thoughtful format to create exactly that.
For now, this takes a very simple form: we’re setting a table and bringing a small group together over dinner. It felt like the most human way to invite reflection, honest conversation, and a sense of hope and possibility. Especially at a time when change within systems can easily feel overwhelming.
So if someone comes to mind while reading this - a friend, colleague, or collaborator who’s trying to create change from within their organization but might not quite know where to start or how to move forward - feel free to pass this on 💛

Hey ihr Lieben,
ich bin Sofie (24, Studentin - Psychotherapiewissenschaften) und möchte gerne einladen zu einem Lesekreis des Buches „Die Kunst des Liebens“ von E. Fromm.
Wer ist Erich Fromm?
Erich Fromm (1900–1980) war ein deutsch-amerikanischer Psychoanalytiker, Sozialpsychologe und Philosoph. Er gehört zu den bedeutendsten Denkern des 20. Jahrhunderts und verband psychoanalytische, sozialwissenschaftliche und humanistische Ansätze in seiner Arbeit.
Fromm beschäftigte sich intensiv mit den Auswirkungen der modernen Gesellschaft auf den Menschen und setzte sich für eine menschlichere, weniger von Konsum und Machtstreben geprägte Welt ein.
Die „Kunst des Liebens“ schreibt er als humanistische Gegenrede zu einer modernen Welt, die Nähe will, aber keine Beziehungskompetenz ausbildet.
Dabei romantisiert er die Liebe nicht sondern nimmt sie radikal ernst - als eine erkennbare Fähigkeit und eine ethische Haltung in einer entfremdeten Gesellschaft.
Ich beschäftige mich nun schon etwas länger mit E.Fromm und finde seine Werke aktueller denn je. Gerade in Zeiten des Hasses und Spaltung, freue ich mich mit euch einen Raum zu schaffen, in dem wir uns anhand des Buches mit dem Thema „ Liebe“ auseinandersetzen und uns auf eine neue Perspektive einlassen, die das Buch eröffnet.
Ziel ist es uns mit dem Buch auseinander zu setzen und gemeinsam in Kontakt darüber zu gehen. Interessierte Menschen sind herzlich willkommen!

Chitta Walks - Awareness in Motion
Chitta Walks is for people whose days move fast, while the mind never fully lands. Thoughts keep looping even when nothing is urgent. The body moves, but attention is elsewhere. Over time, this disconnect drains clarity and ease.
This walk is a simple reset.
We meet in Berlin’s Tiergarten and walk at a gentle pace. Parts of the walk are in silence, with light guidance and a few short prompts. The walk itself is the practice, bringing body and mind back into the same moment.

Free In-Person Events: How to Let Go of the Past and Move Forward
The emotional pain from past bad experiences easily lingers in the present, making it hard to enjoy life and create your future. Even when you think you've moved on, the negative emotions can be triggered, sending you back into the pain of that experience.
And we are talking about pain; emotions such as grief, depression, anxiety, fear (or terror), boiling anger, simmering resentment, feelings of shame, blaming and regret can leave you incapacitated to a greater or lesser degree.
In this local event we will be discussing the reasons why these past bad experiences have the power to affect you long after they occurred. We'll go over why the emotional pain can be so strong.
