Philosophy Seminar: C. Menke’s and Nietzsche’s theories of art
Philosophy Seminar: C. Menke’s and Nietzsche’s theories of art
Our dear friend Albert known to many of you by the famous Prague's Cafe Philo is going to give us a talk about **the theories of art** by Friedrich Nietzsche and Christoph Menke. **Christoph Menke** is a contemporary German philosopher who thinks about art. What is art, how do we make judgments about art, how does art influence our personal life and life in society – these are the questions he treats in his book THE FORCE OF ART (“Die Kraft der Kunst”). Christoph Menke is professor at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University of Frankfurt, his concept of art is strongly influenced by Adorno, Kant and especially by Nietzsche’s famous book THE BIRTH OF TRAGEDY (“Die Geburt der Tragödie aus dem Geiste der Musik”). In a way, you can look at his book as an actualization of **Nietzsche’s concept of art**. The main idea is that a genuine work of art always contains a tension between two poles – which can be called the force and the craft. Join our seminar to learn more about them! You don’t need any knowledge about the above-mentioned books and philosophers to participate in our discussion. All relevant material will be presented during the meeting. \*\*\* Like many of our past events, the seminar will take place at the living room of our friend Justin. Everyone is welcome to join. We’ll have a bottle of wine, some flavored water, tea, and light snacks for Sunday. Please feel free to bring any drink or snack you’d like to share! Also, we’ve got a very friendly, well-trained dog who will be happy to see all of you. The name on the buzzer is McCandless, Mainous, and Everett – take the elevator to the 5th floor and it’s the door immediately to the left.

25/01 - Art of Conscious Creation
25/01 - Art of Conscious Creation
This immersive workshop is a guided journey into clarity, values, desire, and embodied creation. Through reflection, embodiment, and movement, you’ll be supported to clarify what truly matters to you, articulate what you want to call into your life, and begin living the inner state that allows those desires to manifest. Rooted in Tantra as a path of presence and embodiment (Osho Neo Tantra Lineage), this event weaves together structured self-inquiry, guided practices, and group field support. The focus is not on forcing outcomes, but on aligning with your values, passions, and inner quality of being — so that life can meet you from that place. This experience is suitable for those new to this work as well as those with prior meditation or embodiment experience. What to Expect: -Guided self-inquiry to clarify your core values (based on the Demartini Value Determination Process®) -Embodied practices to access desire, passion, and inner alignment -A clear, practical approach to manifestation through The Great Law of Magic -Time for individual reflection supported by the group field -Gentle sharing spaces (always optional, no advice-giving) A deep closing movement meditation to integrate the day and anchor your intentions into the body (A take-home meditation practice to continue working with throughout the year) Most of the day is focused on your own inner process, with guidance throughout. Group sharing is present but balanced — you are not required to speak if you don’t wish to. Who This Is For: -Open to all genders and all levels of experience -Suitable for individuals, couples, and families -Especially supportive for those navigating transitions, seeking clarity, or longing for deeper alignment in their lives \*\*Partners are warmly encouraged to attend together, as part of the day includes clarifying values and desires — work that can be deeply supportive within relationships and families. 25.01, 11:00–16:00 ATMA 500 CZK Register here: [https://vev.co/atma-community-space-praha](https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fvev.co%2Fatma-community-space-praha%3Ffbclid%3DIwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAYnJpZBExckRUZmh6VmxPSm5PREhqR3NydGMGYXBwX2lkEDIyMjAzOTE3ODgyMDA4OTIAAR56Fcxu3xVzi5EQsvcL021byByZrGno9zFBLjXXNaA6g8p40CbLG9UakkQveQ_aem_sG2vlPKy9HmLkw_T33GeUA&h=AT0sP9kp7S3mSs4ABiSZIU8xD3LItRcQqtUFw3TkZMbq2C7sL-vlUxBOX1_CJ_SHf-SNIxYUTIJW69Ps2hLOxlfnB8SXqL0_SmiP7H0gSBLT7zYZWYCZ08xngJiOKTObh1hNa9Lx93IigA&__tn__=q&c%5B0%5D=AT1U0AvT8cThe8o-QwK3W2k0pcDBRxD0MVpYsIBFOmM1C4uig-XmNCnXeIWt-TLhFbG2bNxA04Bxv9wuodSeZjVO4epgxlSmGtBtRb8VwRJOUFN61jqX7jB55WK-IyznFMOtI7z5yYIhWyVruUMcYTuyBNQHQ6RDqBw) Scholarships available (3 spots) - [https://forms.gle/RVYH3q5gmgpDxVku7](https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fforms.gle%2FRVYH3q5gmgpDxVku7%3Ffbclid%3DIwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAYnJpZBExckRUZmh6VmxPSm5PREhqR3NydGMGYXBwX2lkEDIyMjAzOTE3ODgyMDA4OTIAAR6uzSRW18fuVQo0nUITC3tWvPqf957t-x0y1budE0pvIdi8KVRmzgpUqcQBfw_aem_yArPwAvbjQZz9BHswhHj_w&h=AT1Aki9e0EBbCS5DpXh_GIB3JSdNK_nEtnlAK_3ZWXDdGuXeHCH89WfA9V63H9Wn3rNnRtH92I6Q9bdH2FbF8WtPiI0KA48p9zBsLm9pKfdfAOK4uSFlnFZlnmupa9DQGzzRXNe8MFVnkQ&__tn__=q&c%5B0%5D=AT1U0AvT8cThe8o-QwK3W2k0pcDBRxD0MVpYsIBFOmM1C4uig-XmNCnXeIWt-TLhFbG2bNxA04Bxv9wuodSeZjVO4epgxlSmGtBtRb8VwRJOUFN61jqX7jB55WK-IyznFMOtI7z5yYIhWyVruUMcYTuyBNQHQ6RDqBw) The event will be predominantly held in English. If Czech-only participants are present, the event will be facilitated bilingually (English/Czech). Important Information & Disclosures Teacher & child presence: The facilitator is a mother to a 3-month-old baby boy, Kai, and is passionate about showing that spiritual practice and soul calling do not need to be abandoned in parenthood. Her son will be present at the venue with his father, who will be available to take him to a quiet room whenever needed, ensuring the main space remains supported and focused. Attending with children: Babysitting is not provided. A quiet room is available at the venue. If you attend with a child, please let us know in advance and be prepared to tag-team with your partner if needed. During the final 1-hour meditation: -Older children may participate if they wish -Younger children may need to be carried in a wrap, spend time in the quiet room with a partner, or leave early, as this is the final practice of the day Event format: This is a guided, embodied experience with significant time for personal reflection and practice. While there are moments of group sharing, the majority of the event is self-directed within a held and supportive group field. Practicing in community helps deepen focus, presence, and integration, making it easier to access clarity than when practicing alone at home. What to Bring: -A notebook and pen (coloured pens welcome; paper will be provided if needed) -A blindfold or scarf (optional but recommended) -Optional altar offering (flowers, fruit, small treats, non-toxic incense, or a candle in a holder). You are also welcome to bring a small personal item for the shared altar, which you can take home afterward. About the Facilitator: Anurasa is a Tantra Essence teacher and embodiment facilitator, offering grounded, accessible spaces that bridge conscious reflection, lived practice, and real-life integration. Her work supports people to align with their values, listen deeply to their inner guidance, and live with greater clarity, presence, and authenticity — in work, relationships, and everyday life. Anurasa is a Tantra teacher, hypnotherapist, and facilitator devoted to embodied aliveness, emotional healing, and conscious intimacy. Currently based in Prague, she is passionate about spreading the work of Tantra Essence (Osho–Sarita lineage) throughout Europe — helping people remember the sacredness of being human. A mother and teacher at heart, she lives what she shares: that spirituality and parenthood are not opposites, but deeply complementary paths. For her, motherhood is not a sacrifice, but a surrender into love — an initiation into the ebb and flow of life itself. Through this lived experience, she inspires others to bring Tantra into everyday reality — into the way we love, parent, communicate, and breathe. Her journey has woven together many worlds: from working with vulnerable youth and leading community projects, to teaching Latin dance in London and later running a hypnotherapy clinic. In 2019 she followed an inner call to Bali, where she met Ma Ananda Sarita and found home in the path of Tantra. Years of intensive training and assisting followed, alongside deep personal healing and transformation. Today, Anurasa shares this lineage with grounded authenticity and heartfelt presence. Her teaching invites people to embrace their emotions, awaken body intelligence, and rediscover that joy, love, and awareness can coexist — even in the chaos of modern life. For her, Tantra is not about escape from the world, but a return to it, fully and tenderly alive.

HTML5 Master Series (Class 04 of 04) (SPECIAL OFFERING)
HTML5 Master Series (Class 04 of 04) (SPECIAL OFFERING)
**PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT NOTES:** 1. The dates listed for this series are about 95% reliable. We are completing our 2026 schedule as we speak, so minor adjustments are still occurring. 2. Each class in this series has an attendance fee, though this first offering is free on a first-come, first-served basis. 3. Each class, from BOTH a sign-up and fee perspective, is a separate entity. **Introduction:** HTML5 is the foundational technology for modern web development, serving as the standard markup language for structuring and presenting content on the World Wide Web. Developed through a collaboration between the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and the Web Hypertext Application Technology Working Group (WHATWG), HTML5 provides a robust system of elements (tags) that tell a browser how to display text, images, and multimedia in a clear and meaningful way. It works in concert with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for presentation and JavaScript for interactivity, forming the core technology stack for virtually all websites and many web applications today. One of the significant advancements of HTML5 is the introduction of powerful new features and elements designed to improve functionality and simplify development. Key additions include native multimedia support via the \ and \ tags, allowing developers to embed media without third-party plugins. It also offers new form controls for better user input, such as date and email types, and introduces web storage capabilities to store data offline for enhanced performance. These features streamline the process of building rich, interactive web experiences. A significant focus of HTML5 is enhanced semantics and better structural organization of content. New semantic elements like , , , , and \ provide meaningful structure to documents, which aids in search engine optimization (SEO) and improves accessibility for assistive technologies. These elements define different parts of a webpage (e.g., a header for the top, a nav for navigation links, a footer for the bottom), making the code more readable and understandable for both developers and machines. This emphasis on clear structure helps in creating more logical and maintainable websites. Developing websites in today's competitive environment requires taking advantage of every technique you can to get the maximum exposure possible. Our HTML5 class will not only show you what's new in the HTML specification, but also the best way to develop optimized web pages that get the attention your client and/or company requires. **The breakdown of the four-class series is as follows:** **Class 1: Introduction to Web Structure and Basic HTML5** This class introduces the core concepts of web development, the history of HTML, and the fundamental structure of an HTML5 document. * **Topics**: * **Web Architecture Overview**: How browsers, servers, and web pages interact. * **HTML Fundamentals**: Understanding elements, tags, and attributes. * **Basic Document Structure**: Using !DOCTYPE html, html, head, and body. * **Text Formatting**: Headings (h1 to h6), paragraphs (p), and text-level semantics (e.g., strong, em, br). * **Lists and Links**: Creating ordered (ol) and unordered (ul) lists, and linking between pages using anchor tags (a). * **Activity**: Students create a basic personal webpage containing text, a list of hobbies, and a link to an external website. **Class 2: Semantic HTML5 and Multimedia Integration** Class 2 focuses on modern HTML5 elements that provide meaning (semantics) to content, improving accessibility and search engine optimization. It also covers adding images and multimedia. * **Topics**: * **Semantic Elements**: Understanding and implementing elements like header, footer, nav, section, and article. * **Images**: Adding images using the img tag and attributes like src, alt, width, and height. * **Multimedia**: Embedding audio and video content using the audio and video tags. * **File and Folder Structure**: Best practices for organizing project files and managing file paths. * **Activity**: Students refactor their Class 1 project to use a proper semantic layout and add an image and a link to a video file. **Class 3: Forms and User Input** This session is dedicated to building interactive HTML5 forms, which are essential for capturing user data and input. * **Topics**: * **Form Basics**: Using the form element, action and method attributes. * **Input Types**: Exploring various input types (e.g., text, password, checkbox, radio, date, submit). * **Form Elements**: Utilizing label, textarea, select, option, and button. * **Client-side Validation**: Implementing HTML5 validation attributes like required, minlength, and pattern. * **Activity**: Students build a complete contact form with different input fields, radio buttons, and basic HTML5 validation. **Class 4: Introduction to CSS3 and Basic Styling** The final class introduces Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to style the HTML content and make the web pages visually appealing and accessible. * **Topics**: * **CSS Fundamentals**: The role of CSS, selectors, properties, and values. * **Integrating CSS**: Using inline, internal, and external style sheets. * **The Box Model**: Understanding margin, padding, border, and content for basic layout. * **Basic Styling**: Changing colors, fonts, and text alignment. * **Accessibility Basics**: Identifying principles of web design usability and accessibility, including ARIA labels. * **Activity**: Students apply an external CSS file to their Class 3 form project to style the layout, colors, and fonts, culminating in a well-structured and styled webpage.
