Creating Real Connection is a practical, experiential workshop for people who want conversations and relationships to feel more natural, honest, and alive. Many of us want deeper connection, but in the moment we either stay on the surface, overshare, or lose ourselves trying to say the “right” thing. This workshop focuses on something simpler: learning how to relate while staying present with yourself.
