This free founding beta is for adults aged 40+ who want a calm, structured way to think through a difficult relationship decision with more clarity and less mental looping. This program is **counsellor-designed** and evidence-informed. It draws on decision psychology, reflective counselling methods, and practical tools that help people slow down, sort through competing thoughts and feelings, and identify a clearer next step. It is educational in nature and focused on structured reflection and values-based decision making, rather than therapy or guaranteed outcomes. The beta is being offered free to a small group in exchange for honest feedback. Participants will get program materials, support through email during the beta, and a brief feedback form at the end to shape the next version; feedback may be used with consent. **What’s included** * Free access to the Midlife Relationship Clarity beta for 4 weeks. * Short self‑paced lessons with guided reflection exercises. * Optional email support to help apply the framework. * The opportunity to shape a counsellor‑designed program through your feedback. **Who this is for** * Adults aged 40+. * People feeling stuck, torn, or mentally exhausted by a relationship decision. * People who are open to reflection, journalling, and guided exercises. * People who can commit around 2 hours per week for 4 weeks. * People willing to give thoughtful feedback at the end. **Who this is not for** * Anyone needing urgent crisis, legal, or safety support. * Anyone looking for private therapy through Meetup. If your situation involves immediate risk, domestic violence, or acute distress, please seek appropriate crisis or specialist support instead of joining this beta. **Why this program may be helpful** Many people do not need more opinions. They need a calmer structure for thinking. This beta is designed to help participants: * reduce overthinking, * clarify what matters most, * notice common decision traps, * prepare for honest conversations, * and identify one meaningful next step. Because this is an early cohort, the experience will include personal email support alongside the self‑paced materials. **Beta commitment** This is free, but it is not casual. To keep the group valuable and manageable, places are limited. Participants are asked to: * work through the weekly material, * complete a short end-of-program feedback form, * and reply honestly to a few check-in questions during the beta. **Application question** When you RSVP, please answer this question: What single relationship decision are you weighing, and can you commit \~2 hours per week for 4 weeks? **Sahaja Yoga Meditation** offers free, guided collective meditation sessions for everyone. Each class includes a simple introduction to meditation, basic techniques for inner balance, and a short talk or discussion on a topic of the day. These meditation classes are suitable for **complete beginners** and **regular meditators**. No prior knowledge or experience is required. **Chairs are provided**, and there are **no physical exercises, postures, or special clothing** needed. Classes usually run for **60 to 90 minutes**, and **no booking is required**. Every session is free and led by volunteers who share Sahaja Yoga to help others experience peace, balance, and self-realisation.

We’ll meet at Jells Park "T House at Jells" Cafe and set off at 9:00am (sharp) for an easy paced social walk through beautiful open parkland, peaceful walking trails and lakeside surrounds. This walk is designed to be enjoyable, welcoming and suitable for a wide range of fitness levels, with plenty of fresh air, great conversation and a relaxed community vibe. The total walk is approximately 5km and is expected to take around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the group and pace. After the walk, anyone who would like to can stay around for a coffee and chat. This walk goes ahead rain, hail or shine. **WHAT TO EXPECT** Expect an easy, friendly and social walk with a relaxed pace. This is a free, in person meeting. Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. If you don’t find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse. Whether in love or personal ties, with friends or at work, our life really IS affected by the quality of our relationships. Good ones can promote pleasure and survival while less optimum ones can lead to annoyance, anger, self-doubt, stress, or even affect our health and ability to survive well. Whether you are suffering from a divorce, or a painful break-up, don’t know who to trust (or who to CHOOSE) as a partner, friend, boss or employee - the anxiety of relationship troubles can really make a mess of things. Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country. Be exactly who you are within the safety of this space. 5. Be supportive - This means always willing to provide encouragement to your fellow men, encourage action and momentum in each other’s lives.. Be willing to challenge each other. Be willing to hold each other accountable. 6. Participation - what you receive from this community will be a reflection of what you put into it. Period.
