I respectfully disagree with this statementn below. It is a human creating the cyber moment, so the chemistry is there, as is the human element. 

Also, I am not face-to-face with Saturn or Mars or Mercury but they affect me.

In this particular case, I think the moment the person sends the message, that is the best time for the horaray chart. I think that horary chart might even imply whether or noity the person receiving the message will even reply...

I feel that the actual 1st meeting is what should be charted. In the same way we can't sense "chemistry" until a face-to-face, I think astrology should be looking at the human moment, not the cyber moment. And since a clear question is hard to frame until that moment when we find the chemistry is there, I would be suspicious of a horary, too.
