Secret Garden Art Crawl

Secret Garden Art Crawl

Sun, Aug 2, 2:00 AM
From Gist IRL SF
4.7

**RSVP via:** https://app.gistirl.com/event-details/aXKCiZXI9JBSnPwNBzDr **Early Bird Discounts | More $ Later** Hey everyone, Come join me under the string lights of a secret garden courtyard for an evening of local art, acoustic guitars, and good company. We'll spend about an hour getting to know each other through app-guided chats, and then we'll form small groups to head out together on a neighborhood art and concert crawl. In the first part of the night, where we'll do quick rounds of one-on-one conversations. The Gist IRL app pairs us up automatically, making it incredibly easy to connect. Then comes the best part: you'll pick the people you felt a spark with, group up, and head out on a neighborhood art and concert crawl to grab some late-night tacos. By the end of the night, you're exploring hidden galleries, listening to live acoustic music, and eating tacos with a group of creative souls you just met. Whether this little collective turns into your go-to crew for local gallery crawls, live gigs, and poetry nights, or just makes for one beautifully spontaneous evening, it's going to be a brilliant time. The Plan: - 7:00 PM: Check-In. Follow the link to set up your quick profile on your phone. - 7:05 PM - 8:25 PM: One-on-One Rounds. The app pairs you for focused chats. Find out who shares your taste in indie music, hidden neighborhood spots, and underground art. - 8:25 PM+: Form Groups. Reconnect with your favorite matches, divide into groups of five, and head out to explore the hidden galleries and grab some late-night tacos. Keeping the momentum going afterward is super simple, too, since you can easily stay in touch with everyone you met through the app without ever having to swap phone numbers. I can't wait to explore the neighborhood and discover some amazing local art with you tonight. A few favorite spots nearby: Adobe Books Backroom Gallery - A legendary, alternative exhibition space tucked in the back of a cozy, cooperative used bookstore on 24th Street. Precita Eyes Muralists - A colorful community hub and visitor center offering insightful mural tours that celebrate the rich public art history of the Mission. Taqueria Vallarta - Famous for its late-night hours and open-air street taco station set up right inside the restaurant. Taqueria San Francisco - Located directly across the street from the park, this neighborhood favorite offers classic tacos under a historic, gorgeous local mural. El Farolito - A legendary, no-frills late-night institution renowned for its quick service and some of the most satisfying, oversized tacos in the city. **RSVP via:** https://app.gistirl.com/event-details/aXKCiZXI9JBSnPwNBzDr **Early Bird Discounts | More $ Later**
