Navel Chakra Reiki Practice Night
Sat, Sep 12, 7:45 AMNamaste Healer, Next practice night, we’ll once again work on the navel chakra. A lot of chakra systems ignore it, and yet, from even before we are born, it is active (think how the **umbilical cord plugs right into it**). So if you haven't been working with it much, its power will surprise you! The navel chakra is all about **flow** (it connects beautifully to the **element of water**), **creativity**, and **healthy emotions**. It is also excellent for **grounding** and a powerful **energetic anchor** when things get turbulent. So come along, join in the meditation and group Reiki healing activities, explore the mysteries of this chakra, and enhance your connection to it. Hope to see you there. Shine brightly, Jeremy **PS Want Even More Ways to Expand Your Healing?** If you're looking for more ways to expand your healing, consider learning the **Pellowah** healing method. **[Pellowah healing](http://www.pellowah.net.au/pellowah-courses.html)** is an ultra-high vibrational healing modality that works **exclusively on the auric field** and is especially good for working on **chronic issues** and **clearing energetic blocks**.
