Archery Tag is finally here! What is it? Combat archery tag London is a sport that combines elements of traditional archery with elements of paintball or laser tag. It is played with bows and arrows that are designed specifically for the sport and are equipped with foam tips to make them safe for play. In combat archery tag, players are divided into teams and try to eliminate their opponents by hitting them with foam-tipped arrows. The game is played on a field or arena that is set up with obstacles and barriers to provide cover. Before participating in combat archery tag, it is important to follow the safety guidelines and rules set forth by the venue. This may include wearing protective gear, such as masks and gloves, and following specific instructions on how to handle and shoot the bows and arrows. ### Archery Tag Facts It is also important to remember that combat archery tag is a physical activity, so you should make sure that everyone in your group is in good physical condition and able to participate without risk of injury. DANCING EVERY 1ST AND 3RD SATURDAYS OF THE MONTH <3 Tribalheart Ecstatic dance creates space for free-form movement in a chat free zone where you can dive deeply into the heart, reconnecting, expressing, dancing in and out, up and down, learning to let go of anything and everything that holds you back from yourSelf and inner freedom. Let the energy move you, let the spirit of the heart guide you. There is space to dance alone and no pressure to connect with anyone else, just be yourself and honour what you need in the moment. This night is an inspiration and fusion of club culture, dancing yoga, active meditation, cardio fitness, Ecstatic trance dance (blindfolds available) and a sacred Nataraj. If you choose to connect, it is a chance to meet others without words from a place of movement, meditation, energy and soul; eyes and heart wide open. ### We will start the evening with a welcoming warmup to relax the body and mind. Together we will set an intention for the evening inviting the heart to open and awaken within us thus creating sacred space for all. For those that wish to partake, we will enjoy and deepen our intention with a short Cacao ceremony. Go Ape is Finally here! This is an outdoor adventure which runs tree top ropes courses. You are FULLY equipped with a harness, ropes and a safety briefing before you start and given a practice ground-level experience before you're let loose to roam the treetops. There is staff nearby to assist if required. You don't need to be strong and muscle-ripped, as long as you can pull yourself a long a rope, you'll be fine. **Location** This will be at the Cockfosters Location, which is the London location most secluded in nature, feeling like you are in the middle of a forest whilst being not too far from the tube station. This course is great for guiding you in as it starts low and builds up. Edinburgh Fringe Festival no spaces available

We are currently planning our annual trip to the Edinburgh Festival. Bookings are now open The week's holiday will be from 8th to 15th August and costs £695. A £200 deposit will be payable on booking The trip includes Ÿ Single en-suite bedroom in an 8-person apartment for 7 nights. Meals not included. Ÿ A large kitchen and lounge for socializing and meals if you wish to eat in. (Breakfast supplies and other stuff can be bought in local shops minutes away) Ÿ An orientation walk on the first morning with Alan. Ÿ If people want a break from the festival, Alan will organise a couple of walks around the green edges of the city Last year we had problems with people pulling out late and being reluctant to pay. We must be strict this year and say that you are responsible for paying the full amount unless you find somebody to take your place. Salsa Classes are finally here! We will be going as a group and doing it in style with a 1 hour Salsa (Cross Body) class followed by 1 hour Bachata Class. Both of these are the most popular latin dances in the world and now will be your chance to learn them. For the final hour there will be a social dance, where you are free to dance as you wish. **Class Levels** There will be 2 rooms one for levels 1 & 3, and one for levels 2 & 4. Majority of our group will be at level 1.
