Circle Song: Improvised Body Music

**Invitation** **We are the instruments.** A participatory, improvised, embodied practice that reconnects us to one another through rhythm, voice, and play. This is a guided yet fully improvised experience, using the facilitation tools and methods of [Musica do Circulo](https://www.musicadocirculo.com/en). No prior experience is required, only an openness to connect with other humans in your own fun, light and authentic way. Circle songs are an invitation into a fully immersive, fully improvised musical experience using vocals, body percussion and movement. **Ciao!** Esta vez nos vamos a la costa del Garraf para recorrer el **camino panorámico que une Sitges con Vilanova i la Geltrú por el interior**, un **camino panorámico** y bastante fácil que pasa por Les Planes de can Pere Pau y **sus pinedas** 🌲🌳🏞️ Al llegar a Vilanova i la Geltrú tendremos una parada muy especial: visitaremos el **Museo de Curiosidades Marineras**, situado en un lugar emblemático de la ciudad. (Además, al ser el primer domingo de mes, **la entrada al museo es gratuita**.) Después de la visita, seguiremos nuestro paseo hasta la **Platgeta dels Frares**, donde, si el tiempo y las ganas acompañan, podremos darnos **quizás el último baño de la temporada**. 🏊‍♀️🌞 Y luego podremos comer nuestro **picnic** tranquilamente junto al mar o volver a los **jardines del Far de Sant Cristòfol**, un lugar perfecto para descansar.
