Yoga for Queer People
Sun, Oct 4, 8:00 AM**Yoga sessions celebrating queer joy, self-love, and good energy. Bring a towel or a mat and flow with us.** Join us on the first Sunday of each month for a yoga practice held specifically for Queer folks. No need to translate, hide or shrink any part of yourself to be here. Much of what gets called "yoga" in the West has quietly inherited rigid, binary, body-policing ideas that have little to do with the tradition's actual roots. This class moves through āsana, breath and a bit of philosophy, in a group where Queerness is the default. All levels welcome. No prior practice, flexibility, or "yoga body" required. After practice, you’re invited to grab tea/coffee/cake + hang out, talk, connect, build friendships and more. The inspiration to connect beyond the mat comes from the beautiful Yoga Community Project created by Matti in London. If you’re also longing for community here, come be part of this. This practice is donation based, on a sliding scale from €5-€10. You may donate via Bizum, bank transfer or in cash after the practice. Due to systems of oppression, we find ourselves financially in different places in our lives. When making a donation, we encourage you to reflect on the privileges or lack of privileges you have and consider the opportunities or lack of opportunities that society, systems, policies, and structures have afforded you based on your caste, race, gender identity, class, sexual orientation, and body ability. Montjuïc 360º: natura, història i panoràmiques de Barcelona

En aquesta sortida farem un recorregut circular per descobrir Montjuïc des de diferents perspectives: els seus jardins i espais verds, la seva història, el seu patrimoni i algunes de les millors panoràmiques de Barcelona, el port i el Mediterrani. Al llarg del camí anirem fent parades per conèixer alguns dels racons i elements que formen part de la història de la muntanya, però també per observar la vegetació, el paisatge i la natura que hi trobem. La idea no és simplement caminar per Montjuïc, sinó **entendre millor aquesta muntanya i com ha anat canviant al llarg del temps**, des dels seus antics usos fins a la transformació que ha viscut amb la ciutat. **El recorregut** Farem una versió pròpia del recorregut **Montjuïc 360º**, mantenint bona part del traçat i dels punts més interessants, però fent algun petit ajust per adaptar-lo al ritme i als continguts de la sortida. Seran aproximadament **9 km**, amb algunes pujades i baixades. No és una ruta tècnica, però sí que cal estar acostumat a caminar durant unes hores. **Nivell: moderat** El ritme serà tranquil i farem diverses parades per observar, explicar i conversar. **Prismàtics** Si en teniu, us recomano portar els vostres prismàtics. Durant el recorregut també estarem atents als ocells i a altres elements de la natura que ens anem trobant. Si no en teniu, jo portaré alguns prismàtics per compartir durant les observacions. **Punt de trobada:** Jardins de les Tres Xemeneies, al costat de les Tres Xemeneies (Paral·lel) **10 € per persona** \-\-\- CAST. En esta salida haremos un recorrido circular para descubrir Montjuïc desde diferentes perspectivas: sus jardines y espacios verdes, su historia, su patrimonio y algunas de las mejores panorámicas de Barcelona, el puerto y el Mediterráneo. A lo largo del camino iremos haciendo paradas para conocer algunos de los rincones y elementos que forman parte de la historia de la montaña, pero también para observar la vegetación, el paisaje y la naturaleza que encontramos en ella. La idea no es simplemente caminar por Montjuïc, sino **entender mejor esta montaña y cómo ha ido cambiando con el tiempo**, desde sus antiguos usos hasta la transformación que ha vivido junto a la ciudad. **El recorrido** Haremos una versión propia del recorrido **Montjuïc 360º**, manteniendo buena parte del trazado y de los puntos más interesantes, pero haciendo algún pequeño ajuste para adaptarlo al ritmo y a los contenidos de la salida. Serán aproximadamente **9 km**, con algunas subidas y bajadas. No es una ruta técnica, pero sí es necesario estar acostumbrado a caminar durante unas horas. **Nivel: moderado** El ritmo será tranquilo y haremos varias paradas para observar, explicar y conversar. **Prismáticos** Si tenéis, os recomiendo llevar vuestros propios prismáticos. Durante el recorrido también estaremos atentos a las aves y a otros elementos de la naturaleza que vayamos encontrando.
