Live orchestral music is a special experience! Join us as we listen to wonderful music, enthusiastically performed! So many talented American composers of classical music - like Florence Price - deserve to be recognized more. We have a winner! Hear the winner of our *Young Artist Competition*, Rachael Kim *-* before she becomes famous! **Program:** * Mozart - Overture to The Marriage of Figaro * Florence Price - Dances in the Canebrakes * Julius Conus - Violin Concerto with Rachael Kim, *Young Artist Competition Winner (Open Division)* * Arturo Márquez - Conga del Fuego **Meetup:** in lobby at 7:15pm to chat about music, or go into the auditorium to hear the pre-concert discussion. Concert starts promptly at 8:00pm. Pasadena Community Orchestra concerts are always free, but you can donate to support the Orchestra online, or at the welcome desk before the concert.
