A brief introduction to a simple (but not easy) silent meditation practice followed by twenty-minutes of silent meditation. These French, English (For Spanish and French speakers only), and Spanish classes are primarily meant for adults who are travellers, or who are planning to live in a French, English, or Spanish-speaking country. The classes are primarily oral-based through guided conversations. * **Who:** This group is for **High-Beginners who can play games** up to **Intermediate** players.
### 💰 Cost & Payment:
The total court fee for 2 hours is **$100.00**, which will be divided equally among 6 confirmed players.

You are warmly invited to join us in Richmond Hill for a special evening with representatives from the School of Sufi Teaching, Canada. This gathering offers a unique opportunity to discover Sufi meditation (muraqabah) — a living practice that awakens the heart, deepens clarity, and strengthens the connection to one's inner self.
Our session will include an introduction to the path and practices of Sufi meditation (muraqabah), followed by a silent group meditation. This is a chance to experience the stillness, energy, and insight that arise from meditation on the heart.
**No prior meditation experience is needed. Newcomers and seekers from all backgrounds are welcome.**
