We hold two pub evenings a month on the first and third Wednesdays, with all the other Wednesdays being Zoom pub evenings. We also normally have a monthly quiz on the last Wednesday of the month, during the Zoom evening, at about 9pm, where a different member of our group prepares the questions to be used each month. This means that tonight is an actual pub evening. We are meeting at the Moon and Stars in Penge High Street, near the Sainsbury supermarket. The pub is a Wetherspoon establishment so we all know what to expect! We usually try to sit towards the back of the pub, possibly in one of the booths on the right hand side. Having just discussed Rachel Joyce's book, we will head to the Theatre Royal Haymarket to see the musical adaptation of her novel. Since we have bought tickets in advance, spaces are limited and RSVPs are not open. Please contact me via message if you are interested in coming along.

There will be many other new people, so you won't be alone. And the regulars will be there to help make you feel welcome. We're a relaxed and warm group. We hope to see you. **SIDE NOTE:** New members are welcome to ALL our Friday night wine tastings, but this night is a special overture to those who don't want to feel that they are the only new person in the room.
