Come and join us for a relaxed post-training meet-up with the South West London scuba meet-up. We’ll be at The Rocket in Putney from 9pm — **no kit, no pressure, just good company**. Whether you’ve never dived before, you’re newly qualified, or you’ve got a logbook full of stories, you’ll find a friendly group ready to chat all things diving (and plenty that isn’t). Join Tim on a walk through Wapping, enjoying wonderful river views and a fascinating history going back to the seventeenth century and beyond. This is all about London's Docks; the foundation of the City's wealth for 2000 years. We'll see how, where and why the docks developed, why they closed and what has taken their place. We'll start at Tower Hill and after a leisurely couple of miles in a couple of hours we'll end in a riverside pub overlooking the Thames - for those who want. We'll meet inside the lobby of the Citizen M Hotel next to Tower Hill Station at 10.45 for an 11 am start and should get to the Wapping pub by about 1pm. This is a beautiful part of the Aylesbury Vale in Bucklnghamshire, with fantastic views, quaint villages, rolling hills, white cows and stallion horses. The morning will be filled with meandering over open fields and a bracing for a slow uphill hike to the top of the hill at Brill for a great views and a pub stop – bring sandwiches as we are stopping for refreshments only. Kim will lead us through a variety of old and new dances that welcome newbies and delight experienced dancers.** **Roscommon Sessions, a traditional Irish music quartet from Columbus, Ohio, began their musical journey centered around the energy and spontaneity of Irish sessions.
