10K Three Parks Run
\*\*\*Last week in fresh snow, this was a gorgeous run! This Saturday will likely be icy and slippery, not so much fun, but invigorating! We'll go slowly and adapt the route as we go to avoid the slipperiest bits!\*\*\*
Stretch your legs on Saturday morning with the three parks run in the north of Berlin. We meet on Brunnenstraße across the street from Gesundbrunnen Bhf at the edge of Volkspark Humboldthain, see the map pin!
From there we run towards Mauerpark, then towards Pankow along the Mauerweg. Then through Bürgerpark Pankow and back along the Panke towards Volkspark Humboldthain. The route takes about an hour, depending on our pace

We have some options to do and usually do some altitude, i.e. stairs, in the Humboldthain park and "hill" in Mauerpark! :)
We have a few variations of the route that we sometimes do to keep things interesting, they add up to the same distance.
Our pace is typically \~5.45 min/km, but we'll wait for everyone!
Feel free to bring friends!
There is also the option to finish up at Flying Roasters on Hochstraße for a coffee afterwards!

8v8 pickup football game at Safe-Hub
Hi Footballers,
We play in the format 8v8 for a full hour. The pitch is a modern artificial turf (outdoor) in Safe-Hub Berlin. The fee to participate is 7.49€. In order to sign up for the game, you would need to download the mobile app "CeleBreak", where you can sign up for the game and pay the participating fee. You can download the app for free from the AppStore and Google Play App Store.

Coffee Run Club Lichtenberg
Start your weekend on a high!
While Berlin is gearing up for 48 hours of clubbing, we meet to chase a different sort of vibe: fuelled by a pre-workout Espresso we go on a scenic run to Treptower Park. Whether you're training for a marathon or just decided to give running a shot: with us, you are welcome. We offer 5k or 10k routes, both with plenty of talk and good vibes all the way. Capped by a cup of the best coffee in town.

Boxing Training at Gleisdreieck
Get back from the holidays straight into boxing with this new course!
We will focus on:
* Footwork, footwork, footwork!
* Proper punching technique
* Slick and efficient defence
The classes will have solo drills, partner work, and sparring when the participants are properly trained and willing. This class is beginner-friendly but all levels will find something to learn.
What to bring:
Water, sport clothing. You will need gloves and handwraps if you come regularly.

Come join a small group for hatha yoga in my home studio in Prenzlauer. I am a certified yoga teacher, having trained in Bali and India. After the class you will feel relaxed, yet energised. Your muscles will be lengthened and back stiffness reduced more and more each time✨

We meet at Northwest corner of Siegessäule ( previous Cafe Viktoria. )We will run around the Tiergarten for 6kms.
After the first round with the "Tiergarten Running Group", and if you still like us 😉 and feel like it, you can join in for a second loop of 6km. The second loop is optional.
Running paces around 5:50 or 6:20 depends on the participants.
We will start to run exact 9:00 am. Don't be late. If you are late, please follow the route in the picture.

Players meetup at the club, play squash (with others around their level), train (if they wish), watch & learn from better players, make new friends, have a few drinks, etc.
Please be aware, we must take care to use our allotted courts. We arrange for these based on the sign-up lists. If many people sign up, but do not appear then the courts go unused and those on the waiting list miss a chance to play.
In order to ensure this if a party on the attending list has not appeared, their future reservations will be moved to the waiting list. In addition, reservations will be allowed up to fourteen days in advance only.

We are an international group (speaking English, German and Korean), enthusiastic and ambitious learning the art of traditional Taekwon-Do, meaning full perfection and power but no contact.
Our grandmaster Kang, Shin-Gyu is a student of famous grandmaster Kwon, Jae-Hwa, so that we can learn from the originals.
Sounds sophisticated? It is - and also a lot of fun!
Most of us are between 20 an 30 years old, half of them male and half female. But we welcome anybody any age! As a beginner you need nothing more than some comfortable sportswear.

Hike Shale Hollow Park in Lewis Center
Great small park; for me the concretions are always the highlight. Gravel trail with a couple of inclines - poles can be helpful on these. The loop is around 2 miles; plan on doing it twice (if you want less mileage you can drop off after the first loop).
Optional lunch after the hike; location tbd.
