Mysore style is a self driven practice with assistance from the teacher on alignments. The Ashtanga flow is pre-defined and required to be followed in the same order. The pace is chosen by the practitioner and achieve what is possible in 90mins.

Mobility Yoga :) Optional Bouldering after

You‘re new to Berlin or already here for a while and want to practice yoga with others in a relaxed atmosphere?
Or looking to explore a cool place to get to know new people and have the option to go bouldering or hangout after the class for a drink?
This all-levels yoga class is happening every two weeks at the Bouldering Gym Urban Apes Friedrichshain. We flow together through some yoga, practice specific mobility exercises and after the class you could decide to try out bouldering in the gym. :)
No yoga or climbing experience needed! No flexibility needed! Just come as you are.
Poses and Flows are explained and we flow in a relaxed pace, leaving room for play, mistakes, learning and joy :-)
Also a good way to practice English and connect to people with different backgrounds.
**Important:**
The yoga class is 5€ (Booking via the Link, NOT via Meetup). If you want to go Bouldering too, you can check in via USC and Wellpass for free or have to pay the regular entrance fee. But of course you can also only come for the yoga class and not pay the bouldering entry :) We recommend arriving 15 min before the class starts, so you have enough time to check in and change.

Knee Mobility Training & Coffee
Self-paced group training session focused on improving **knee mobility, strength, and stability** through controlled, intentional movement.
This is **not a high-intensity workout** or a muscle-pumping fitness class. Instead, we use **slow-tempo exercises and isometric holds** to strengthen the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints that support healthy knees and better movement.
Open to anyone looking for a supportive place to do mobility training without doing it alone.
**✅ All fitness levels are welcome.**
**Training includes:**
* Introduction
* Warm-up
* Circle training
* Stretching
Please wear comfortable sports clothes and **bring** water and **your own mat**, as we´ll be doing stretching on the floor.
☕ After the training, we'll head to a nearby café to relax, chat, and exchange experiences.

Coffee Run Club Lichtenberg
Fuelled by our pre-workout Espresso we go on a scenic run to Treptower Park. Whether you're training for a marathon or just decided to give running a shot: with us, you are welcome. We offer 5k or 10k routes, both with plenty of talk and good vibes all the way.

Mitte Early Runners 7am (6-7k)
Join us for a 6-7 km run.
We start at Espresso House at Oranienburger Tor station and run towards and along the river. We turn back after about 3.5km. We will be at a steady pace between 6 and 6.30 minutes per km.

We will stand in front of the Espresso House, opposite of Medios Apotheke. We will leave at 7am sharp so please be there on time.

Park Workout and Martial Arts
We'll start off the session with a run in Gleisdreieck park that might include scaling some walls, visiting a few sites in the area to explore their opportunities for climbing and balancing, or going up or down stairs in unusual ways. After the outdoors bit, we come back to our gym where we focus on building strength, working as a group, and learning basic martial arts techniques. We are a small, accessible, mixed-gender, queer-friendly group open to anyone, without any prior knowledge or specific degree of fitness required. Our martial art is Jutaijutsu, a traditional Japanese one focused on self-defence.
Sounds interesting? We'd love for you to drop by and join us. You'll need running shoes and comfortable workout clothes, including a raincoat or the like for the park if the weather is bad. Once indoors, we train barefoot. The first three Meetups are free of charge. If you'd like to join our group beyond that, we would ask you to join our association, https://yanagi.berlin, a martial arts school based in Berlin. Membership there is 30 EUR/month and you will be able to train three times a week.

Hike Blendon Woods Metro Park
Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
Hike High Banks - 9:30 AM START
Hike approx 4.0 miles at approx. 17 minute mile pace. Meet in front of the Nature Center.

Three Creeks Metro Park
We'll get in around 4 miles at Three Creeks Metro Parks, primarily natural trails. 17-18 minute miles, no one left behind, and faster walkers are free to lead out.

Woodside Green Park Hike
Join us for a two mile hike along the Big Walnut trail leaving from Woodside Green Park in Gahanna to the Nob Hill and back. This scenic paved trail along the creek is a great Gahanna trail. Come and see the beauty with us!
