Let's run! Our run takes about 1 hour depending on the route and group. Feel free to meet us along the way, just drop something in the comments and we'll wait for you. Our pace is typically 5:30 to 6:00 min/km. Even if nobody signs up here there will usually be regulars at the start, just drop by! Please try to arrive on time! Message me if you want to join the Whatsapp group for coordinating. Important information: The event will always take place regardless of how many people attend the meetup. There is always a second laughter yoga conductor (Heidi) and a couple of other regulars who don't use Meetup. Laughter Yoga is a unique concept that combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing to promote wellness and overall happiness. You will learn how to laugh without reason. The event is perfect for anyone looking to de-stress, boost their mood, and connect with others in a light-hearted and fun way. You don't need any yoga experience, just the willingness to laugh. **Do I need special clothing?** * Just wear comfortable clothes. Please bring some thick socks or clean shoes for the room. **Do I need anything else?** * It is essential to stay hydrated. **Please bring some water**. * Comfortable clothes. Thick socks or clean shoes for the room. * An open mind. **Is it free?** * Participation costs 5€. Alternatively, you can use Urban Sports Club. If you can't laugh, you can simulate it, and usually, people get into genuine laughter during the sessions. Laughter yoga is a great way to laugh more, to laugh deeper, and more frequently! **How many people show up?** * Usually, the group size is between 7 and 20 people. Join us for a 6-7 km run. We start at Espresso House at Oranienburger Tor station and run towards and along the river. We turn back after about 3.5km. We will be at a steady pace between 6 and 6.30 minutes per km. 🥳 We will stand in front of the Espresso House, opposite of Medios Apotheke. We will leave at 7am sharp so please be there on time. This scenic hike includes dirt trails (with hills) through the woods, grass trails through the meadows and paved trails along the pond.
