Open your heart, find your voice... We invite you to come sing with us! Gathering together, we will sing some sacred songs from various traditions/cultures. This is a wonderful heart-opening experience. An opportunity to connect with yourself, others, and Spirit through song. Let's share this medicine in community like our ancestors have done for generations before us. No experience needed - come as you are. Song sheets provided. Rhythm instruments, such as rattles and drums, are welcome. This event is led by Mandy and Theresa.

Please be EXTRA MINDFUL to drive slowly (under 10 MPH) so as to not stir up any driveway dust. It is a shared driveway, so itโs important to respect our neighbors. Please do not stop to interact with horses.
Suggested Donation: $15-30. There's a bowl by the front door. Put in what feels right. There are also Venmo and Paypal options.

**A comprehensive workshop for anyone looking to maintain or build bone strength as we age. Perfect for all levels of experience.**
**Workshop Highlights:**
* Educational talk with interactive Q&A on:
* How bones work: structure, function, and remodeling
* What is osteopenia and osteoporosis? Risk factors, diagnosis, and myths
* Guided movement practices (Qigong, Tai chi, Yoga, Pilates, etc.) without or with props such as yoga blocks, hand-held weights, exercise bands.
* Standing movements, floor exercises
* Safety concerns and contraindications for the exercises
* Guided Meditations for body awareness and breathwork for bone building
* Fall prevention: environment, awareness, agility

Warm-up: 10 minutes
Main Circuits: 40 minutes
Finisher: 5 minutes
Cool-down: 5 minutes

Perform continuously, 30โ45 seconds each:
Jumping jacks
Bodyweight squats
Arm circles (forward/backward)
Walking lunges
Inch-worm walkouts
High knees
Glute bridges
Push-ups (easy pace)
Goal: Increase heart rate + activate major muscle groups.

Systemic Constellation Workshop with Randy Goldberg
**A systemic constellation (also called Family Constellations) is a therapeutic group experience designed to uncover and resolve hidden family dynamics that may be influencing a personโs life.**
Rooted in the work of Bert Hellinger, this method operates on the principle that unresolved traumas and patterns from previous generations can manifest in an individualโs relationships, health, or emotions.
During the workshop, a facilitator guides participants as they explore these systemic entanglements using representativesโother group members who stand in for family members or key components of their issue. **ONLINE** Mindfulness Meditation with Hugh Byrne
**NOW ONLINE**
The weekly Sunday morning (10:30 am to 12 noon) class begins with a welcome, short reflection on an aspect of the teachings, and includes an arriving meditation (15 minutes) that will often incorporate poems and may end with a reflection or question.
The opening meditation is followed by an invitation to each person to share their name and a few words (for example, what is alive for them right now or what their intention is for the class or the day). The sharing has been a powerful support to help welcome new people, get to know each other, and build community/sangha.
Following a brief period of mindful stretching/movement, we finish with a longer meditation (25-30 minutes) and final reflections on the teachings, sharing, Q&A, and announcements. Class participants are welcome to stay and engage with other members of the community or adjourn to a neighboring restaurant or coffee shop.

**Weekly Sunday Meditation Classes with Sanema Naomi Hardrick**
* Each class begins with **guided breathing meditation**, to help settle the mind, let go of distractions and cultivate inner peace. The meditation is followed by a brief, traditional Buddhist prayer, called *Liberating Prayer.*
* The Teacher will then give a **practical teaching** based on the topic of the class series and explain how we can integrate Buddhaโs timeless wisdom into our busy daily lives.
