Sto creando un gruppo WhatsApp di giocatori amatoriali di biliardo americano pool/carambola, per la maggior parte debuttanti. Cerco persone disposte a unirsi al gruppo per giocare e divertirsi nel tempo libero, il pomeriggio oppure la sera in ogni giorno. Per stimolare l'impegno di ogni giocatore, abbiamo pattuito che il vincitore di ogni "mini-torneo" organizzato nei vari giorni giochi gratis e non paghi la tariffa di tempo per il periodo di gioco (un'ora di gioco costa 10€, ma viene di volta in volta frazionata in base al periodo di gioco effettivo). Useremo tavole ampie e stabili: imparare sarà più semplice di quanto immagini. **2) Mindful Tour: meditazione in movimento** Dalla Darsena al Naviglio Grande vivremo una pagaiata in SUP a ritmo lento, guidata e adatta anche ai principianti che per la prima volta salgono sulla tavola. **3) Meditazione guidata + tisana finale** Al rientro in Darsena uniremo i SUP e ci prenderemo un tempo per una meditazione seduti sulla tavola. Forest and water meet here, creating the perfect setting to slow down and listen. ✨ We’ll begin with a **gentle, guided forest therapy walk** through the trees, pausing along the way to notice the stillness of the reservoir and the subtle signs of early spring. After enjoying a snack & sipping foraged tisane/tea while sitting near the water, we’ll settle in for an **immersive outdoor sound bath**. 🎶 Singing bowls and resonant instruments will blend with the soft lapping of water, breeze through branches, and birdsong overhead. The lake amplifies and carries sound in a uniquely soothing way — supporting nervous system reset, emotional clarity, and deep restoration. Mindfulness practice is not about achieving some special state of mind; it is more about noticing the experience you are having without trying to change it. In this receptive mental state, you begin to see your own experience differently and, over time, see other people and the world differently. We welcome you to join us for our House Kirtan Concert on **Friday, March 6** in **Bethesda MD** (address below). 7***:00 - 9:00 pm.*** ***We chant the Hanuman Chalisa at 7 pm –there is a break after the Chalisa and the regular chanting begins at 7:30 pm*** \~\~ ***Doors open at 6:45 pm - come early to get settled*** \~\~ *(**Please note:** this will also be live streamed on **Facebook Live** – on our chanting page – **Bhakti Chant Kirtan)*** This is a private residence - open to the public - all are welcome - bring a friend, the family, the kids, the parents, the spouse, the tribe - comfortable setting. If you want to sit on the floor, it might be wise to bring something to sit on - Zafu or pillow or the like. *This is chanting with meditation* \- we chant in Sanskrit and English\, mantras and bhajans\, honoring the many aspects of the Divine\.
