In this 90-minute Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Nidra session, you'll begin with a dynamic and fluid Vinyasa flow, designed to synchronize breath with movement. Our sessions are based on Rajadhiraja Yoga, a holistic system that integrates the classical eight-limbed (Ashtanga) yoga, Tantra, a structured series of meditation lessons, and a deep spiritual and social philosophy. The meditations are held as part of the Meditation Steps project — a non-profit initiative that aims to make meditation and yoga accessible to everyone and inspire positive change in society. ​Our facilitator Michael, has been practicing meditation for five years and guides sessions that blend dynamic and silent meditation.
