Fri, Sep 4, 9:00 PMWhat we'll do: 5 Friday afternoons from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM Figure drawing and painting from live model with Sandy Frank. **Sept. 4 through Oct. 02, 2026** In this class, students will be drawing and painting the human figure from a life model. The class provides a relaxing environment for students to work with figures and welcomes all skill levels. Media allowed includes pencil, charcoal, pastel, ink, and varieties of water-based paint such as watercolor and acrylic. Basic drawing materials will be provided. Class Information: • 18+ years old • Drawing mediums and water-based painting materials only. • No solvent allowed. • Proof of vaccination and mask required. Materials Included in class: • Drawing boards, easels (limited number) • Newsprint, various drawing papers • Charcoals, erasers, water containers, basic watercolor paints and brushes. We meet 2-3 times a month for a relaxing experience, exploring different art forms, learning from one another, and connecting as a community. Please bring your own supplies. If you don't have any, we can provide them for a $5 fee. We love supporting Double Rainbow and Autistry, so feel free to grab a cup of coffee, a sandwich, a delicious homemade pastry, and of course, ice cream!
