During the event, we use a quantum‑based communication approach to invite them to our location, and when activity appears, we enjoy capturing photos and video. This a weekly parkour Meetup at varying locations around Los Angeles. The first part of the Meetup aims to strengthen and prep the body for parkour training. The majority of the meetup concentrates heavily on technique, flow, and movement. The meetup is for all ages and all levels, no previous experience is required. The parkour meetup is structured as follows: (1) Warm-up (2) Conditioning (3) Technical, flow, and movement training.
