Fri, May 1, 9:00 AMTodavía no somos un equipo... pero podemos empezar a serlo 🏊🏽♀️🤽🏽♀️ **Fecha:** Por confirmar (cuando seamos al menos 8 inscritas en el grupo) **Hora:** A decidir entre todas (tarde entre semana o mañana de fin de semana) **Lugar:** Playa de la Barceloneta (el punto exacto se comunicará después) Ven al **primer entrenamiento no oficial** de waterpolo femenino amateur en Barcelona. Solo para pasarlo bien, conocernos, tocar un poco la bola y hacer una toma de contacto. 🔹 **¿Qué haremos?** Pase, movimientos básicos, juego táctico sencillo y un poco de condición física dentro y fuera del agua. 🔹 **¿Qué necesitas?** Bañador, gafas de natación (si tienes/quieres), pelota de waterpolo, muchas ganas de reír y jugar. 🔹 **Nivel:** Todo el mundo es bienvenido, desde cero experiencia hasta veteranas. El único requisito es saber nadar bien. **Apúntate a este evento** aunque no sepas si vendrás. Así sabremos cuántas somos y podremos elegir la fecha y hora entre todas. 💙 Hacemos historia: el primer equipo femenino amateur de waterpolo en Barcelona nace en la arena. \-\-\-\-\-\- **ENGLISH VERSION** **Date:** To be confirmed (once we have at least 8 members in the group) **Time:** To be decided together (weekday afternoon or weekend morning) **Location:** Barceloneta beach (exact spot will be shared later) **Description:** We don't have a team yet... but we can start becoming one 🏊🏽♀️🤽🏽♀️ Come to the **first unofficial practice** of amateur women's waterpolo in Barcelona. Just to have fun, meet each other, touch the ball, and get a feel for it. 🔹 **What will we do?** Passing, basic moves, simple tactical games, and some in-water (and out-of-water) fitness. 🔹 **What do you need?** Swimsuit, towel, goggles (if you want), and lots of willingness to laugh and play, waterpolo ball 🔹 **Level:** Every woman is welcome, from zero experience to veterans. The only requirement is being able to swim well. **RSVP to this event** even if you're not sure you can come. That way we'll know how many we are and can choose the date and time together. 💙 Making history: the first amateur women's waterpolo team in Barcelona is born on the sand. ***
FREE walk - Breakfast/Coffee on the Beach + Walk + Swim
Sat, May 2, 7:30 AMPlease join us for this easy, sociable and stunning beach walk. Where: Meet in La Necora restaurant next to Ocata station at 9.30am Breakfast/Coffee at a reasonably priced Chiringuito. Short walk 45 minutes to Premia de Mar and chill/relax on the beach for a while. Those who want to continue walking can do so back towards Barcelona. There are multiple train stations on the way back. Marked paths, no elevation. Trainers fine Walking 45 minutes Bring costume/towel if you want to swim/sunbathe. As usual... The whatsapp group link will be DM'd to everyone the day before so we can locate each other and update with ETAs (expected times of arrival) It will also be posted on the group page We are a friendly group so please make an effort to talk to people on the hike and interact Please bring drinks/snacks/lunch/water Please bring clothes/sunscreen for hot/cold/wet/windy weather just in case Please check the page/whatsapp group for updates - if the weather is bad or may be bad, the walk could be rescheduled. \#\# ⚠️ **Important** This is a **free, voluntary social walk** on **marked public trails**. Thu, Apr 23, 5:30 PM**Tornem al teatre!** I amb una obra que hem escollit perquè ens ha semblat molt interessant i molt d’actualitat… I a més, no ens podíem resistir a dos actors catalans que ens agraden moltíssim: el **Ramon Madaula i la Montse Guallar**. I escolteu, **que millor manera d’aprofitar la diada de Sant Jordi, que acabar amb un teatre**, un punt final (o no) d’un dia molt especial per nosaltres! Voleu saber de què tracta aquesta obra amb un títol tan característic *(i que alguna vegada tots hem pensat)*… **“Una bufetada a temps”**? Més enllà de l’argument, el que farem en aquesta sortida és endinsar-nos en un mirall de la nostra societat. *Qui no s’ha sentit aclaparat pel ritme del món actual? Qui no ha tingut ganes de dir “prou” davant de certes actituds?* L’obra és una invitació a reflexionar —amb aquell humor intel·ligent que només el Madaula i la Guallar saben construir— sobre els límits de la paciència, l’educació i aquestes veritats que sovint ens callem per ser *“politicament correctes”*. **Sinopsi:** L’avi d’un nen de vuit anys, després d’una rebequeria del seu net, li clava una bufetada.
