**THE RPG EVENT** We are pleased to announce the 12th RPG event, where we'll have 7 tables with totally different and unique games. Everyone is welcome to join, from experts to first-time players; no experience is needed or knowledge about the system. We will play in **ENGLISH**. It is a dark and stormy night. The forest groans in the wind as foul creatures howl beneath the ancient trees. With freezing rain lashing the road and danger closing in from all sides, a handful of desperate travellers press onward towards the warm glow of a fortified inn. **PLACE**: We will play at the [ARCHIVO ARCANO](https://www.archivoarcano.com/). Please, wait next to the entrance where you will be welcomed and guided by one of the organizers. **DRINKS & FOOD**: You can purchase drinks at the place, but you are NOT ALLOWED to bring them from outside. Aquestes preguntes serveixen per conèixer una mica millor les diferents persones abans de començar les rondes de speed dating.** **\#\#\# Inici de les rondes** **Cada participant té una minicita de** **7 minuts** **amb una altra persona.** **A la taula trobaràs preguntes per trencar el gel que podràs utilitzar, si vols, per començar una bona conversa.** **\#\#\# Rotació** **Quan l'amfitrió doni el senyal (campana o gong),** **els nois es mouen** **a la taula següent.** **La rotació segueix sempre l'ordre dels números o les lletres que trobaràs a les diferents taules: A, B, C, D, E, F... o 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6...** **Quan s'arriba a l'última lletra, es torna a la primera. El mateix s'aplica als números.** **Els nois disposen de 30 segons per aixecar-se, canviar de taula i prendre notes; les noies romanen assegudes.** **\#\#\# Pausa** **No hi ha una pausa general, però si vols descansar durant una ronda de 7 minuts, pots demanar a l'amfitrió saltar-te una ronda per demanar una beguda o menjar, anar al lavabo o simplement relaxar-te.** **\#\#\# Final de les rondes** **En acabar, normalment ens reunim per prendre alguna cosa. Així pots continuar parlant amb la resta de participants i prendre la teva decisió final.** **\#\#\# Emplenar el full** **Indica els noms d'un** **màxim de 3 persones** **que t'agradaria tornar a veure.** **Escaneja el** **primer QR** **i emplena el formulari.** **Podríem permetre votar més persones, però aquí realment** **busquem que hi hagi una espurna de veritat**\*\*, i per això el límit és d'un màxim de 3 noms.\*\* **Teniu fins** **dilluns a les 18 h** **per votar.** **\#\#\# Resultats** **El** **dimarts al matí**\*\*, l'organitzador enviarà els\*\* **matches mutus** **de manera privada mitjançant un missatge de Meetup o per correu electrònic. Ves a la zona de espera indicada por los organizadores.** **Al final del evento es** **muy importante** **escanear el** **primer QR** **de tu hoja para rellenar el formulario con tu:** * **nombre** * **número de teléfono** * **Instagram** * **correo electrónico** * **los tres nombres** **de las personas que más te han gustado** ***(Es buena idea escribir todos los nombres durante las citas y al final tachar todos excepto los 3 que más te gusten.)*** **En ese formulario también puedes dejar tu feedback para mejorar el evento.** **Mientras esperas puedes pedir una bebida, ir al baño y relajarte en la zona indicada.** **Pedimos a las chicas que lleguen** **15 minutos antes** **para poder sentarlas antes de que lleguen los chicos.** **Generalmente organizamos dos o tres grupos por rangos de edad, dependiendo del número de participantes.** **Durante las rondas, un camarero pasará por si necesitáis pedir algo.** *** **###** **Actividad para romper el hielo** **Dependiendo del día, hacemos una actividad para romper el hielo que consiste en contestar una serie de preguntas por grupos que sirven para conocer un poco más las diferentes personas antes de empezar las rondas de speed dating.** **###** **Inicio de rondas** **Cada participante tiene una mini-cita de** **7 minutos** **con otra persona. Podrás encontrar preguntas para romper el hielo en la mesa que podrás usar si tu deseas para empezar una buena conversación.** **###** **Rotación** **A la señal del anfitrión (campana o gong),** **los chicos se mueven** **a la siguiente mesa.** **La rotación es siempre siguiendo el orden de los números o letras que se encontrarán en las diferentes mesas: A,B,C,D,E,F... 1,2,3,4,5,6.... Al llegar a la última letra, se irá hacía la primera. Lo mismo aplica con los números.** **Los chicos se levantan 30 segundos para tomar notas; las chicas permanecen sentadas.** **###** **Pausa** **No hay pausa general, pero si quieres descansar una ronda de 7 minutos, puedes pedir al anfitrión saltarte una ronda para pedir bebida, comida, ir al baño o relajarte en el jardín.** **###** **Fin de rondas** **Al terminar, normalmente nos reunimos en el jardín para tomar algo. 🌲 Qué mejor manera de imbuirse en los paisajes fantásticos de Ordesa que probando la adrenalina de la sensacional Faja de las Flores? En modo otoñal viajamos a Huesca para saborear unos escenarios geológicos que se mezclan con lo incomprensible. Descubriremos el mundo de los grandes colosos pirenaicos. Una impresionante exposición de capas de sedimentos calcáreos moldeadas durante millones de años por los glaciares y los ríos más asiduos de toda la cordillera. Podremos contemplar cascadas refrescantes, lagos fascinantes y asombrosos bosques de hayas con su fauna salvaje en un entorno protegido, tesoro nacional. Un atracón de belleza pirenaica! ¿Te animas? **👣 DÍA 1 (viernes): Viaje de Barcelona a Broto** Se sale a las 16:30 (tiempo en coche: 3h30´) **👣 DÍA 2 (sábado): Faja de las Flores** Distancia: 14.5 km Desnivel de subida: 1150 m ¿Te suena la Faja de las Flores? En octubre, flores pocas. Pero colores, paredes imposibles y unas vistas capaces de dejarte mirando al vacío con bastante dignidad. Para mí, Ordesa es uno de los valles más impresionantes del Pirineo: geología loca, formas casi infernales y un paisaje que se tomó muy en serio aquello de formar montañas. Subiremos por las verticales Clavijas de Cotatuero, dejando el cañón literalmente bajo los pies, hasta alcanzar esta espectacular pasarela de piedra suspendida sobre el valle. Aquí cada capa es una pequeña cápsula del tiempo. O un portal geológico, si hemos dormido poco. Cuanto más arriba, más dramático se pone el terreno… y nosotros, bastante más pequeños. La Faja atraviesa las grandes paredes calcáreas aprovechando uno de sus niveles débiles: un cambio estructural que la montaña decidió convertir en sendero. Después toca bajar. Lo haremos por el circo de Carriata, bajo la mirada del Tozal de Mallo: solo 2280 m, pero con una verticalidad que hace que el concepto de “modesto” necesite una revisión. Las Clavijas de Salarons nos ayudarán a salvar el último desnivel antes de entrar de nuevo en el bosque de pino negro, donde la montaña cambia otra vez de registro. Una ruta para caminar por las capas geológicas y, de paso, comprobar si nuestra actitud aguanta el desnivel. **👣 DÍA 3 (domingo): Bujaruelo • Ibones glaciares** Distancia: 11 km Desnivel positivo: 940 m Un afterparty paisajístico que tendrá como principal protagonista el relieve glaciar. **🔗 DIFICULTAD:** **MEDIA - ALTA.** Se requiere buena forma física y el hábito de salir a la montaña. Zonas con pendiente pronunciadas y piedra suelta. La subida a la Faja de las Flores se hace por un paso equipado que requiere el uso de arnés y asegurador. Hay un segundo paso equipado a la bajada, las clavijas de Solarons (fácil). Es necesario haber participado al menos en una excursión con este grupo. Compete for a chance to win.** At our Monday Beach 5K, the **top male runner** and **top female runner** can each win a **€5 restaurant voucher** to use at one of our favorite post-run restaurants, such as **La Carioca** or **Honest Greens**. 🍽️ Invite your friends! The challenge is activated only when we have a minimum of **5 runners subscribed to the challenge per category**. For example: ✅ If at least 5 male runners join the challenge, the male category is activated. ✅ If at least 5 female runners join the challenge, the female category is activated. **The challenge is optional**. Storage is limited, so please bring as little as possible. 💧 **Water:** La Carioca provides free water jars so runners can hydrate after the run. 🍹 **Food & drinks:** We have a **10% discount** on drinks and food at La Carioca after the run. *** ## 🕢 Program **7:00 PM** — Meet at La Carioca, bag drop, optional 5K Challenge registrations **7:15 PM** — Welcome, runner introductions in groups of 5, and warm-up **7:30 PM** — Start of the 5K beach run **Approx. 8:00 PM** — Return to La Carioca for water, cooldown and stretching **8:00 PM onwards** — Optional post-run food, drinks and social time **Beginners are welcome!** If you are not used to running 5K non-stop yet, our host team and pacers will help you manage the pace, stay with the group, and complete the route safely. We'll help you to build up your skills to eventually run the 5K non-stop! You do not need to be fast. You just need to be ready to try, follow the pace guidance, and keep moving! 💪 *** ## ⏱️ Pace Groups We usually organize two pace groups: ⚡ **Faster group:** around 5 min/km 😊 **Social group:** around 6 min/km If you are a beginner or you are not used to running 5K without stopping, don’t worry. Our team will help you choose the right pace and support you during the run.
