**ABOUT:** On Tuesday and Thursday mornings we meet in Griffith Park for practice sessions together in the fresh air. Together, we will learn and integrate a long form Taiji as well as multiple Qigong sets derived primarily from Wu style Taiji, as taught by [Grandmaster Tenshin Hirakawa](http://tenshin-kai.com/about-2/) of [Tenshin-Kai.](http://tenshin-kai.com/) These include traditional Qigong sets as well as a variation on the Ba Duan Jin, called 8 Dimensions. Our practice also includes Tibetan Sound Healing and Standing Meditation. New students are welcome to enjoy two complimentary sessions. Monthly membership is $50 and includes unlimited practice sessions in the park.
