Parents of children between the ages of 2-8 years old come emjoy some "Grown Up" converstaion while children bond through play. Bring your coffee, kids, and questions. This event will be a monthly event and will happen the 3rd Sat. of every month. We will meet at Eagle Rock Rec. Center where there is an enclosed playground area with public restrooms located close to the playground.

Summer Splash - Malibu Creek State Park (bring an inner tube)

**Bring a flotation device** Alright meetup people, summer is around the corner so let’s take a dip at the rock pools located at the Malibu Creek State Park. I know summer is not until June 21st, but this is the best title I could come up with for this event. Bring a flotation device like an inner tube, and I will bring a portable pump. We will do a short hike to the rock pools, and then get in the water. In honor of the Olympics 2028, we might even have people race in their inner tubes for the ultimate bragging rights. Also, no dogs allowed at this state park. So sign up for this event, because this will be more exciting than riding the tractor around the farm. Tour a Superfund nuclear meltdown site near Simi Valley

This was at the Santa Susana Field Laboratory, which is now a Superfund site owned by Boeing. On May 9 they're conducting a nature tour. It's not much of a hike but it might be of interest.
