Unstuck Women

This is a 90-minute, facilitated open circle for women. Refreshments and light snacks will be provided. The group is located in West Hollywood, and the location address will be shared with RSVPs the day before the session to protect the anonymity of the attendees. Each session opens with a brief Reiki transmission and guided breathing to settle the room, followed by introductions and the heart of our work together. Women are invited to share where they feel stuck. Manta guides each conversation toward the crux of the issue, offering reflective feedback, practical exercises, and a clear next step. This is not therapy and it is not storytelling. It is solution-focused work in a supportive circle. Summer Splash - Malibu Creek State Park (bring an inner tube)

**Bring a flotation device** Alright meetup people, summer is around the corner so let’s take a dip at the rock pools located at the Malibu Creek State Park. I know summer is not until June 21st, but this is the best title I could come up with for this event. Bring a flotation device like an inner tube, and I will bring a portable pump. We will do a short hike to the rock pools, and then get in the water. In honor of the Olympics 2028, we might even have people race in their inner tubes for the ultimate bragging rights. Also, no dogs allowed at this state park. So sign up for this event, because this will be more exciting than riding the tractor around the farm. Come with friends & leave with more friends. **Tell me about food and everything else . . .** The logistics of providing food for every possible diet, as well as food prep issues is just not feasible or safe. AND Due to varied dietary needs and food contact issues, it's better if bring what you like and prep it. **What gear do I need?** The only specialized gear you need is Tent, Sleeping bag, Sleeping Pad (yoga mat). Everything else is household items you already have. **Special note:** this is Tent camping. No RV. No Trailers. No giant campervans. **Can I park my car next to my tent?** Sniffing tires, oil, exhaust and fuel? Yuck!!! You cars will be close. But not on top of us. Cars on one side. Humans on the other.
