Hallo, Lina hat den feministischen Stammtisch gegründet, um sich mindestens ein Mal im Monat zu treffen – zum Austausch und Beschweren über das Patriarchat ;) ebenso wie zum Zusammenkommen und Zusammentun. Wir möchten einen Raum schaffen, in dem sich insbesondere Frauen\*, FINTA und BIPoc wohl und willkommen fühlen. Das Treffen ist für alle, die sich mit Feminismus beschäftigen wollen, aber z.B. nicht zum Lesen kommen. Ihr müsst also nichts vorbereiten, lesen oder mitbringen – nur die Lust auf Austausch zu feministischen Themen! Es gibt für die Treffen keine Tagesordnung oder so, wir schauen einfach gemeinsam was sich ergibt. Wir freuen uns auf dich und sind sehr gespannt, was sich entwickelt.

Wildlife in Berlin?! Say What?! 🐘🐒 Lions, elephants, monkeys, bears, eagles, and all kinds of wildlife are all waiting to be discovered. You'll find them on buildings, fountains, carved into statues, painted or pasted onto walls, maybe even in real life. So get your camera, binoculars and join us! On the Berlin Safari tour. 📸🐱🦊 We'll be meeting in front of the TV tower, where we will split into two teams! Each team will have 90 minutes to explore the streets and capture as many different animals as possible. Hi, I'm Maroof 👋 I've been practicing calisthenics for over six years and one of the things I love most about it is that it brings people together. Watching people achieve movements they never thought possible, whether it's their first push-up, their first pull-up or their first handstand, is incredibly rewarding. What to expect Each session includes a guided warm-up, beginner-friendly strength exercises using your bodyweight, progressions for pushing, pulling, squatting and core strength, optional introductions to calisthenics skills as you progress and a fun team game at the end (with a small prize for the winners 😁) Every exercise has easier and harder variations so you can work at a level that suits you. There is no pressure to keep up with anyone else.
