Notion Vienna #11 - Claude vs. Notion AI
If you are curious to know about what Notion can do this meetup is for you.
**Speakers:**
Philipp Stelzel, Nooa Adams and Beatrix Beer
**Agenda**:
We will present a workflow in **two different AI environments** — **Notion AI** and **Claude** — where an **AI agent turns AI meeting notes into a draft offer** (positioning, outline, and key messaging), and we’ll compare the process, the results, and the **credits/tokens consumed** while producing the same outcome.
Philipp will demo the workflow using Notion AI and we’ll track how many AI credits it consumes along the way.
Nooa will run the exact same workflow in Claude so we can compare results side-by-side and see how the credit usage differs.
Beatrix will present in German about „Mehr als Mails und PDFs – mit einem Notion-Kundenportal zur Premium-Kundenbetreuung“
**Afterwards**:
Drinks, food, networking, template swaps, and questions answered.
Join us, meet fellow Notioneers, and level up your workflow

Grief Café Vienna – Open Support Group
We’re hosting an open Grief Café at Villa Vida Café, a monthly gathering for young adults who are navigating grief and want a space to talk, listen, or simply be around others who understand.
This is a low-threshold, informal space. You can come as you are.
Event Details
Date: Friday, June 26
Time: 18:00–20:00
Location: Villa Vida Café, Vienna
Entry: Free and open to everyone – NO registration necessary
What to Expect
The Grief Café Vienna offers a setting where grief is not avoided or hidden, but spoken about openly.
There will be a short introduction at the beginning. After that, the space is yours. You can:
Share your experiences
Listen to others
Sit quietly if that’s what you need
Shape the space in a way that feels right for you
There is no pressure to speak. Participation looks different for everyone.
Who Is It For?
This gathering is open to anyone experiencing grief, especially young adults looking for connection outside of clinical or formal settings.
The group is:
Non-religious
Anti-authoritarian
Open to all genders, sexualities, and backgrounds
Why a Grief Café?
Grief can be isolating. Many people don’t have spaces where they can talk about it honestly.
The goal of this grief support group in Vienna is simple:
Create a space where people in similar situations can meet, talk, and support each other.
About the Organisers
This initiative comes from a young adult grief support network that has been meeting informally in smaller groups. This event expands that into a more accessible, shared space.
Follow them on Instagram: @young.adult.grief.support
Accessibility
Villa Vida Café is wheelchair accessible and includes an accessible toilet.

Badminton Training for Beginners (10.00h-11.00h) Raketworld U3 Kendlerstraße
**Would you like to learn badminton and finally hit the shuttle properly?**
Our beginner training is exactly what you’re looking for!
In small groups of up to 4 people, you will learn the basics step by step:
* proper footwork
* your first shots to simple game situations
* how to serve properly
* the game rules
* and much, much more!
**The fee for this training is 16€ and includes the trainer, the shuttles and the court booking for one hour.**
Valid registration is possible **after paying 16€**. Please pay by Friday evening. Link to it: **https://pay.sumup.com/b2c/Q2PKK0L1**.
We cannot cancel the course within 24 hours, so we have to pay even if you don't come. So decide by Friday evening whether you can really come. If you can't come, cancel by Friday evening, if you can come, pay so that I can reserve the course on Friday.
*Recommendation:* Since you learn and build knowledge together as a group, **attending at least 4 consecutive sessions is ideal**. This way, you can grow as a team, benefit from each other, and make faster progress.
**Who is this training for?** Anyone with little or no prior experience, but a willingness to learn how to properly play badminton!
The training is done in both German and English.
Come a bit earlier so you have time to change into workout/sports clothes. The locker rooms are free to use, but for the men lockers you need a padlock - or you can also take your bag of clothes upstairs to the courts if you do not have a padlock. Also, please bring:
* clean indoor sports shoes (no black soles)
* your racket (or you can rent one from the club, if necessary (4€)
* and a water bottle
**After the training**, we are hosting our weekly Badminton Sunday event. You can use the opportunity to train and practice the skills you learned (separate event registration required in advance!).
If you are joining our events for the first time, WELCOME! Let the host know that you are new and they will tell you the basic need-to-knows of our community!
Without further ado - let's learn how to play badminton and have some fun together!
I train @ My Pace - with Jason
-Outdoor Functional Training for All Fitness Levels-
Join us as we combine healthy, balanced movement with fun, gamified ideas to give you our unique FUNctional training! And in case that doesn’t really tell you what to expect, just think short intervals of exercise combined together in a playful and interactive way to help you strengthen your body in a sustainable way while allowing you to meet new people (and often even forget how hard you’re working out).
As a reminder for those nervous about their fitness level: Everything we do, we do with all fitness levels in mind; so the exercises are always adjustable to your level and you’re always strongly encouraged to take it at your own pace - I mean, we’re not called My Pace for nothing!
How to find us: We meet and train behind the calisthenics workout station on the Zirkuswiese of the Prater. Here a link to the location on Google maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/QdRPEaYTiavZbmVW7
Cost: In the interest of inclusivity, we've decided to make our sessions donations based here, so you're invited to pay what you can afford. If that actually makes you more uncomfortable and doesn't make it easier to come, know that we've received donations from €2 to €20 and they all made us very happy, because our primary goal is to get people moving and to show them it can be fun all in all. The money is secondary.
One other thing that’s useful to know:
- In the case of bad weather, we do have a back-up location that will protect us from the rain. Should we need to move, we will change the location of this event here. Please feel free to check back here before any event where you suspect bad weather or, even better, simply get in touch with us! We’re available via WhatsApp message or email.

Run+B-fast
Hi Running fellows,
Whether you’re a walker, new to running, a semi-pro, a marathonist or a sprint star - if you want to start your weekend in an active way and enjoy the outdoors in lovely surroundings with a fun, international and multilingual group of people, you are welcome to join us!
Every Saturday at 9:30 am, we meet, we run, in the magnificent Schönbrunn park, and then we go for breakfast.
Want to discuss politics or the best recipes for banana pancakes? Not a problem. Not feeling social? Tune out with your earbuds - we can talk over breakfast. We are casual. You can be too.
What to expect: Start by meeting Adrian, Ali, Liz, Paul and Sonia on-time at 9:30am outside the Schönbrunn U-Bahn stop (exit Grünbergstraße). (Coordinates: 48.1858130, 16.3200640) From there, we walk to the side park entrance where the “running” part begins. The important thing is that you run at your own pace. Typically, small groups of people will run at the same pace as you, so you never have to walk/run alone :)
We finish one hour later, at about 10:40am, reconvening just inside the Hietzinger Tor exit. (Coordinates: 48.1858825, 16.3032647). From there, we’re off to breakfast!
Breakfast Details: Anker bakery opposite the U4 Hietzing station and depending on the weather, grab something for a picnic in Schönbrunn park, or hang out in the bakery. If you missed us earlier, you can always go there around 10:45.
We are a fun group of runners who don’t take things too seriously. We meet, chat, RUN, stretch, chat, EAT and we hang out over a beer every now and then. It's that easy. Please join us for breakfast after the run! The more the merrier.
Typically we are 10-30 people, as not everyone who comes signs up on meetup.
Important disclaimer: Please only run as much as you feel you can, considering the temperature, weather conditions, your own fitness etc... run and walk at your own pace as the organizers do not assume any liability for any injuries or health issues. Sonia, Adrian, Ali, Paul and Liz

ADVANCED badminton players wanted!
Thank you for visiting this event page!
* Are you an advanced badminton player? If yes - WELCOME!
* The earlier you sign up, the bigger your chance to reserve a place - once 10 players have signed up already, you move to the waiting list.
* Once the waiting list has 3 or more members, I will try to book an additional court, but no guarantees.
I need to close the registration 24h before the event as I will then have to decide whether to cancel any court due to a shortage of players.
The fee per player will be €10.00 for 2 hours. This will also cover the feather shuttles used during play.
Please be on time as a curtesy to the other players. In addition, if you are on the players' list and don't come (i.e. no show), you will be automatically excluded from this group.
