Du möchtest Deine Meditationspraxis beginnen, beleben oder vertiefen?
An diesem Abend werden aufeinander aufbauende Meditationsmethoden angeleitet, und Du bekommst ein tieferes Verständnis davon was Meditation sein kann, jenseits der Methoden.
Denn: Jede/r kann Meditieren!
Heike oder eine andere erfahrene Meditierende leiten die einzelnen Meditations-Sitzungen so an, dass Du Einblicke in das vielfältige Spektrums der Meditation bekommst, ebenso wie eine tiefere Erfahrung davon, was Meditation für Dich sein kann.
Der Praxisabend ist bereichernd für Fortgeschrittene, ist aber auch sehr gut geeignet für Anfänger*innen.

Widersprüchlichkeit hat einen schlechten Ruf, nach außen hin sollen oder wollen wir kohärent erscheinen. Und trotzdem sind wir meistens doch irgendwie widersprüchlich, zumindest wenn wir ehrlich mit uns sind.
Wir sind mutig und ängstlich, klar und verwirrt, großzügig und kleinlich. Wir wollen Nähe und gleichzeitig Rückzug, Veränderung und Sicherheit.
Am Dienstag wollen wir diese widersprüchlichen Impulse wahrnehmen, ihnen Raum geben und sie nicht bewerten. Wenn wir unseren Widersprüchen freier begegnen, können wir flexibler reagieren und zugleich mitfühlender mit uns selbst und mit anderen werden.

Professional Breathwork, 2 h – Conscious Connected Breathwork (Release)

This group is dedicated to **Conscious Connected Breathwork**, a powerful somatic practice for deep emotional release. Also intensive states of awareness are possible.
Through **conscious, connected breathing**, rhythmic music, and guided facilitation, participants are invited to access deeper layers of awareness, release stored stress and emotions, and reconnect with their inner resources.
There are **no substances involved**. The work is grounded, body-based, and trauma-aware. I am a 200 h facilitator.
### This group is for you if you want to:
* release stress, tension, and emotional blockages
* explore non-ordinary states of consciousness through breath
* experience clarity and emotional relief
* release stucked emotions from the body
### Each session typically includes:
* introduction and intention setting
* guided conscious connected breathwork
* music-supported journey
* integration and grounding
### Contraindications
This practice is **not suitable** for people with any of the following conditions:
* pregnancy
* epilepsy or history of seizures
* severe cardiovascular disease or high blood pressure not medically controlled
* recent surgery or acute physical injury
* glaucoma or detached retina
* severe asthma
* diagnosed psychosis, bipolar disorder, or severe psychiatric conditions
If you are unsure whether this practice is appropriate for you, please **consult your healthcare provider** or contact the facilitator in advance.
**No prior experience is required.**
Beginners are welcome. Sessions are guided with care, structure, and clear boundaries.

Conscious Breathwork bedeutet bewusstes atmen. Und das ist es letztendlich auch, was wir etwa 70 Minuten lang machen werden. In einer Breathwork Session geht es vor allem darum, dass Du loslassen, Dich entspannen und mit Dir selbst und Deinem Unterbewusstsein verbinden kannst. Das geht am besten, in dem Du gar nichts erwartest und nicht so viel dadrüber nachdenkst. ✨

Nach einem kurzen Check-In beginnen wir mit der Session. Die Atmung kann im Liegen oder Sitzen statt finden, ganz nach Deiner Wahl. Du wirst durch ein bewegendes Musikset geführt, wodurch Du in eine Trance-Atemmeditation gelangst. Hier kannst Du unter anderem diese Erfahrungen machen:

Women's Yoga is a gentle, nourishing practice designed to support the health of the female body. The classes follow a cycle-aware approach, honoring the natural changes in hormones, energy levels, and emotional states throughout the month.
Each session begins with a short guided meditation to settle the mind, followed by a soft, flowing yoga practice and a deeply relaxing closing rest. The movements and postures are carefully chosen to support the female organs, pelvic floor, hips, and lower body, helping to create balance, strength, and ease.

Want to Truly Heal from Emotional Trauma?
Why are we unhappy? Where does emotional pain come from? Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. In other words, there were issues in the past that were not completely dealt with. This can include abuse in childhood, breakups, divorce, death of a loved one, to name a few.
How do you know whether you have gotten over something painful? Here is an easy test: Do you still have attention on what had happened to you? For instance, do you still find yourself thinking about something painful that you went through? If you are, then you are not over it. In fact, in severe cases, people find themselves playing a "tape" in their mind over and over again.
So how do you heal from your past? How do you stop the "tape" playing in your mind? In this meeting, you will learn a technique to help you with that.
