Meditation Space is a weekly gathering devoted to collective practice, learning, and shared presence.
Every Tuesday evening, we come together to slow down, sit in silence, explore different meditation techniques, and create a space of conscious community.
Each session introduces and guides a specific meditation approach from breath awareness to body-based practices, loving-kindness, visualization, sound, or mindful inquiry. The intention is to make meditation accessible, practical, and grounded.
This is not about doing it perfectly.
It is about practicing together.
A safe and welcoming space where everyone is invited beginners and experienced practitioners alike to sit, learn, and share.

Una clase especial de yôga clásico + brunch

Practicar yôga puede ser muy chulo por qué entrenas una combinación de cuerpo físico, emociones, pensamientos y ese “algo más” que todos tenemos/ somos.
Esta clase es un poco especial por qué este grupo normalmente es para mejorar tu español.
Como algunos ya sabeis, mi hobbie serio es el yôga, hace años que lo practico y tambien tengo formación como instructor, así que por que no proponer una buena clase de domingo?
Será en castellano y te puedo ayudar con inglés tambien.
Esta vez entrenaremos técnicas de respiración, de meditación, ásanas y otras técnicas.
El ambiente es informal, para todos los niveles, relajado y con sentido del humor. También hay momentos más introspectivos.
Lo más importante es que tú mismo/a notes el antes y el después de la clase.
El espacio donde quedamos es muy chulo, está a 100 metros de Las Ramblas, de Drassanes o de Liceu en la linea verde.
Empezamos puntuales a las 11h. Llega unos minutos antes para disfrutar con calma.
Para participar hay una contribución de solo 10€ por persona (efectivo, Bizum, Revolut..)
SI ya tienes algún pack de 4 x 30€ de las clases de conversación, puedes participar en esta también (cuenta como 1 clase)
El plan después de clase es ir a picar algo (opcional) al Honest Greens de Las Ramblas o a otro lugar cerca.
Si te cuadra la idea, ven con ropa cómoda, tipo deportiva y, si tienes, trae tu esterilla, tenemos algunas pero nunca se sabe.

Practicing yôga can feel so nice because you train this combination of physical body, emotions, thoughts, and that "something else" that we all have/ are.
This class is a little special because in this group we usually do conversation classes to improve your Spanish.
As some of you already know, yôga is a serious hobby for me. I've been practicing it for years and I'm also a certified instructor, so why not offer a feel-good sunday class?
It will be in Spanish, and I can help you with English as well.
This time we'll practice breathing techniques, meditation, asanas, and other techniques.
The atmosphere is informal, relaxed, suitable for all levels, and with a sense of humor. There are also more introspective moments.
The most important thing is that you yourself notice the difference before and after the class.
The space where we meet is really nice and just 100 meters from Las Ramblas, Drassanes, or Liceu on the green line.
We need to start on time at 11:00 AM. Please, arrive a few minutes early.
To participate, there's a contribution of only €10 per person (cash, Bizum, Revolut)
if you have a 4x30€ pack from the regular conversation classes, you can also participate in this one. (It counts as 1 class)
The plan after the class is to go for a brunch/ drink (optional) at Honest Greens on Las Ramblas or somewhere else nearby.

He is the founder of Golden Lotus, Inc., which owns & operates 'Song of the Morning' an 800 acre Yoga Retreat Northest of Gaylord, MI on the Pigeon River.
