6pm Intermediate Right URBNSURF MSM Session Takeover
Come along to an MSM Meetup at URBNSURF. Let's take this session over!
Go online and book at spot for the 6-7pm Intermediate Right at Melbourne URBNSURF:
https://urbnsurf.com/
Let's try and fill this session with MSM members. If we book out the Right, just book the left! YEW! Let's do this.
I'll probably grab a quick froth šŗ after but I'm also hosting a social in the city after starting at 8:30pm at a TBD location. Come along for both and double or even triple froth yourself!
I don't recommend this session for beginners.
Social Surfing Banter and Froths šŗšāāļøšāāļøš»
It's been a long time since we had a social gathering, let's fix that. Come along and meet members of the group, catch up with existing mates, drink some froths, eat some food, and be merry.
Come along to Stomping Ground in Collingwood. There is also an URBNSURF session meetup at the 6-7pm Intermediate Right before this so come along to that too if ya keen!
Please update your RSVP if you can no longer make this event so that anyone on the waitlist can be added to the event. If you do not you will be forever cursed into a life of kooktitude and all your waves will close out as soon as your feet hit the deck.
Come on and drop into some conversations. Perform a slick verbal cutback into a new friendship. Get barrelled by positive energy and the endless stoke of a great group of people. Enhance your tasting paddling stamina with a nice selection of craft beer. Duck dive into a night that could go anywhere but, let's be honest, will likely end up at karaoke.
As the great philosopher Bjƶrk once said:
"Whatās the point in drinking a glass of wine a day ? Itās a waste of money, a waste of time, a waste of wine. Better to drink a litre of vodka once a week and do it properly, really get out of it. I miss all that. Iād rather go all the way once a month, end up naked on a bar table, climbing fences and swimming in someoneās pool."
Introduction to Curative Eurythmy: A Three-Session Experience
Join us for a unique workshop hosted by Jenny Kuznetsova on Curative Eurythmy: Movement for everyday wellbeing, an introduction.
Held over three consecutive Saturdays, 14th, 21st, 28th March 2026, 11am-12pm, the participants will have an opportunity to experience this extraordinary modality.
Curative Eurythmy is a movement modality that creates harmony in the whole being. Through specifically curated movements, our three bodies, physical, emotional and mental are moved into incredible balance.
The movements work strongly on the circulatory system and as such create organic deep activation of the breath. As the movements activate circulation in the body as well as flooding it with the health giving breath, the after effects create feelings of inner nourishment, strength and vitality.
Curative Eurythmy is able to help with physical, emotional and mental imbalances as well as provide a general boost to our overall wellbeing that is so vital in an age where the nervous system is constantly overwhelmed with the pace of life.
You are invited to try this unique and potent modality and experience the benefits firsthand.

If you're new to the group, come along and meet some of the regular hikers and suggest your favorite hiking locations for the coming months.

Forgiveness
Somebody cuts in front of you out on the freeway. How do you react? You will never see them again, and it was probably unintentional anyway. Is it really that easy to forgive? Is it healthy? What happens when you are really suffering and your own suffering is unheard, even by you?
How incredibly difficult it is to āforgive āin real world situations, yet we are told that students of the Ancient Wisdom who wish to aspire to spiritual advancement must āLearn to Forgive; Learn to Loveā.
Letās look at Forgiveness in various religious traditions and advice from modern psychology and the Ancient Wisdom/Theosophy on pathways to Forgiveness.
There will be time to discuss this thorniest of problems with attendees and even role play a few situations calling for Forgiveness.
