This is a shared journey into healing sound, where we relax, connect, and create something beautiful togetherš«
**1\. Guided Sound Bath \+ Gentle Movement**
Weāll begin with a calm, immersive sound bath using healing instruments to help you settle in, slow down, and tune into the space.
**2\. Healing Instrument Exploration**
Youāll have time to try Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, handpan, and chimes, exploring their sounds and vibrations in your own way. No pressure, just curiosity.
**3\. Group Sound Creation**
Weāll come together to create a shared āhealing piece,ā layering sounds and building an immersive sound bath as a group.
**4\. Recording the Sound**
Weāll record what we create so you can take it home and use it later for sleep, relaxation, focus, or winding down at the end of the day.
**Where we meet:**

Weāll meet at my studio in Richmond, located in a residential building just off Burnley Street.
When you arrive, head up the stairs to **Level 1**. The studio is in **Unit 7**.

If this is of interest to you, the first class is free, as it's an introduction to the explorations of mindfulness/meditation with a spiritual flavour. If you choose to return (no obligation), then a small amount is asked of $5 per class.
What a wonderful opportunity to explore your physical, emotional, mental and soul bodies and how they are all inter-related and all can be greatly affected with the stresses and challenges of everyday life.
Through engaging with an energetic hygiene process that I facilitate, you will be able to cleanse your energy field on a daily basis.
With the event/class there is a variety being presented each week, always a guided meditation, followed by either reflection on self-care through working with a variety of gentle approach resources (which will be given to you to take, if you choose), as well as, listening to different short mindfulness cds.

Come along for our free weekly Jells Park Social Walk, a relaxed and scenic Sunday morning walk through one of Melbourneās most loved parks.
Weāll meet at Jells Park "T House at Jells" Cafe and set off at 9:00am (sharp) for an easy paced social walk through beautiful open parkland, peaceful walking trails and lakeside surrounds.
This walk is designed to be enjoyable, welcoming and suitable for a wide range of fitness levels, with plenty of fresh air, great conversation and a relaxed community vibe.
The total walk is approximately 5km and is expected to take around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the group and pace.
After the walk, anyone who would like to can stay around for a coffee and chat.
This walk goes ahead rain, hail or shine.

RA50 Walk - Fairfield Park - Main Yarra Trail
**Fairfield Park ā Main Yarra Trail**
This week we return to the popular **Main Yarra Trail** and walk the trail from **Fairfield Park Boathouse** along the riverbanks to Abbotsford Convent and return. Weāll walk past Dights Falls and watch the slalom kayaks tackle the river rapids.
At the halfway point, weāll stop for coffee at The Convent CafĆ©, a delightful outdoor cafĆ© in the gardens.
**Start:** Fairfield Park Boathouse ā car park. Meet at the toilet block adjacent to the carpark.
**Start time:** 9.00 AM
**Parking:** If above carpark is full park in Additional Carpark in **Yarra Bend Rd** (Polytechnic). Parking is FREE on Sunday. If parking here, allow 5 minutes to walk back to the START.
**The Walk**: The walk follows the Merri Creek to Dights Falls, then the Yarra River around to the Childrenās Farm, where weāll have coffee at the Abbotsford Convent. The return to our cars will be back along the same Trail.
**Total distance**: 6.0 km. (approx.)
**Time:** Allow 2.0 hours for the walk, plus half hour for coffee. Total 2.5 hours.
**Difficulty:** Easy
**Toilets:** At the start, plus halfway at the Convent cafƩ.

Registration opens at 9am on April 9th. Ladies are you ready? It's back! Every other year we hold the Women's Outdoor Skills Workshop! The day is a chance for women to relax, enjoy exploring new skills in a welcoming environment, and make new connections!
Session topics this year include: archery, kayak, stand up paddleboard, outdoor cooking, firemaking, knot tying, foraging, forest bathing, orienteering, nature photography, nature journaling, intro to disc golf, yoga, Tai Chi, birding, intro to backpacking, and more!
