**Abstract Floral Textured Art Healing Workshop** Step into a beautiful garden of creativity, reflection and renewal, where every flower tells a story and every seed holds the promise of new life. *Garden of Virtues* is a gentle and uplifting art healing workshop that invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and discover the beautiful qualities growing within you. Just as a garden flourishes through different seasons, our lives are filled with seeds of hope, love, courage, joy and possibilities. Through guided meditation, inspiring reflection and expressive art-making, you'll explore your own *Garden of Virtues*, celebrating the beauty of what has been, what is growing and what is yet to unfold. Using acrylic paints with the option of impasto or air-dry clay, you'll enjoy creating your own unique textured floral artwork, exploring colours, shapes and layers in a relaxed, nurturing environment. Greenwich Art Trail

One of Sydney’s surprises is that there are so many unknown gems. And **Greenwich** — the hidden gem of an artists’ hub — is one of them. It is not only stunning with its beautiful water views, it is also amazingly charming with its artistic vibe. It is a secret hub for award-winning contemporary artists, illustrators, sculptors, ceramicists, jewellers, photographers and textile artists. Just surprising, surprising and surprising — all happening in such a small community. I took our AAA Art Lovers there in 2023, and I am so thrilled to discover that the art trail is back on track. Can’t wait! The first week of November, the time when the jacarandas paint the streets purple, the time when the 38 artist's studios open their doors to welcome us. Free Outdoor Boxing Class — Carlingford

NEW TIME: 5PM on Sunday! Welcome to another free boxing session! This session is beginner-friendly, but more experienced people are welcome too. **What we’ll do:** * Warm-up * Basic boxing technique * Footwork and movement drills * Pad work * Light boxing-based games (if time allows) * Cool-down **What to bring:** * Water * Sweat towel * Comfortable training clothes * Your own boxing gloves if you have them For pad work, please bring your own boxing gloves. We don’t provide shared gloves for hygiene reasons. If you don’t have gloves yet, you’re still welcome — you can join the non-contact drills, shadowboxing, footwork, and fitness parts of the session. **Important:** No sparring. This is a relaxed, beginner-friendly technique and fitness session. We’ll meet at Murray Farm Reserve. When you arrive, look for the boxing pads/straps. **Weather note:** This is an outdoor session, so if it’s raining or the ground is too wet, I’ll message attendees with an update the day before.
