Hello everyone, **\*\*Kindly Read Carefully\*\*** Please join me and my other groups for a wonderful leisure nature walk along the **Humber River** meeting out front of **Old Mill Station and Bloor.** A beautiful, breathtaking walk for all nature enthusiasts. Join us for a relaxing afternoon by the waterfront as we kick off summer with good company, coffee, and live music. We’ll meet at 3:00 PM by the statue at HTO Park, grab a coffee or matcha nearby, and enjoy a scenic walk along the lake to the Toronto Music Garden. At 4:00 PM, we’ll attend The Sovereignty of Song, the opening concert of the 2026 Summer Music in the Garden series. The music event is by indigenous artist Julie Lumsden — a Métis soprano, actor, and storyteller. This is a great opportunity to meet new people, enjoy the outdoors, and experience one of Toronto’s beautiful cultural events. Whether you’re new to the city or simply looking to connect with like-minded people, all are welcome. 5K every week till the snows come down! Or try to! We'll meet by the track. I'll be there early to warm up. We will start the 5K exactly at 9:30am. As mentioned in the About Us, * Using the park track we can all go at our own pace and never really be left behind unless we all finish way ahead of you. :D I think an hour is enough time to dedicate to the run. I'm pretty slow, so you will likely have me around for most of the hour. * Members are free to leave the run whenever they want. * Bring your kids, your pets, your partners, etc. * All encouraged to stick around afterwards and enjoy the park or neighbourhood on your own. * Let's get stronger, healthier and foster a great community at the same time. We also welcome runners who are not in our neighbourhood and want to join us spiritually and run from their own neighbourhoods. :-) Imagine how much healthier and communal the world would be if we all stopped for an hour once in a while to run together; re-centring and re-charging together?

**What is a send-off?** Before we head to St. Louis for the Barbershop Harmony Society International Convention, The Alliance opens its doors to the community for a **free** preview of our competition set. This gives us the opportunity to perform in front of an audience before we take the international stage. We would love to see you there!

Join us as we get together to get together to help those in need at this CMG Gives Back event! We have a great little community of Movie Group friends so rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “Create a better world” by helping serve those in need. NOTE: We’re switching it up this time and going with a DINNER shift on Mon, 7/6. Here are complete details and our plan for this event: FAITH MISSION – GRANT KITCHEN: The Faith Mission kitchen and dining room serves residents 3 meals a day, every day of the year. For this event, our group will help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean surfaces. PLAN: We will be preparing / serving / cleaning for DINNER from 4:30 to 6:30pm and have space for a total of 7 volunteers. Please arrive at 4:20pm and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. LOCATION: Faith Mission – Grant Kitchen is located at 245 N. Grant Ave. Enter the kitchen at Dock 1 (in the back of the building), indicated in the attached map. On-site parking in the adjacent lot and street parking are available in the surrounding area.
